And this seemed feasible to her - she only needed to tighten her belt for ten or twelve years, deny herself everything and save, take care and put off. Most of the years allotted for achieving the goal have passed, in a shabby casket, in a secluded place in a small martin's apartment, there was already a hefty amount, but it was necessary to endure - not only a woman wanted to save up for a ticket, but also for luxurious outfits, beauty salons and restaurants - once to walk, so in full. There may be those who will say that a dream should not be so mundane, material, but someone can swim in a pond, and for someone the whole ocean is not enough. We are all different ... and our dreams are different.
Eight years before the events described, Marta broke up with her husband, having lived with him no less than 2 months and 6 days after the wedding. He found another - the story was trivial, like a whitewash in an oiled piece of paper, like an ulcer on the body of a homeless person, just as common and disgusting that it's not even worth talking about it. And, now, if the program about the French Riviera had not turned up in time, Marta would have simply gone mad. And so - so she completely surrendered herself to the realization of her cherished desire, giving up her personal life. In the first years, girlfriends disappeared - who are interested in communicating with a person who talks about only one thing, then close acquaintances also disappeared - working in three places as a cleaner does not imply free time. Marta worked in the library, cleaned the premises in the city government and on different days of the week helped several people with housework who, for one reason or another, could not cope with household chores on their own. And, now, this last occupation became the reason for the appearance of love in her life. It happened, as it usually happens, quite unexpectedly.

For thirty-two life Martha studied her appearance thoroughly and, unlike many other representatives of the fairer sex, looked at herself with a sober gaze. And she also thought that Vadim would never make her an offer, that all this time she took wishful thinking, but it didn’t matter to her either. Now the main thing is to do so that in the eyes of the person who has become dear to her, the joy of life again lights up. Her accumulated amount would be enough just for the first course of treatment, and there - she was sure - Vadim himself would come up with something. The only difficulty was that the man would not want to borrow money from her, or, moreover, just like that. But even this, Martha believed, was solvable. Tomorrow, the upset grandfather was going to visit the boy, leave for a few days in the regional center. And, behold, the woman decided - then she would throw a bundle of bills, shove them into the pocket of her winter coat just before leaving, so that he would find them on the way. Further, Marta's imagination was only enough to represent Wadm's gratitude, she had no doubt that it would be difficult for him not to spend what was already in his hands to save the baby. And then - here the woman looked into the glass of the window covered with an ice pattern, behind which the blizzard howled and sobbed - days and nights will drag on like freight train cars, endless, dull, gray, without dreams and without love.
She collected all the magazines, all the press clippings about the Riviera, which she put on the shelf next to her casket - a dream come true - for the last time, swallowing tears that suddenly rolled up, treacherously, looked over and threw them into the trash bin, sitting at the table, in In the light of the night lamp, she counted her wealth again and neatly folded the bills into an envelope white like the sail of a yacht on which she would not ride. Going to rest in Kazan, I clearly knew that I wanted to get to the Riviera water park, so the water park was included in our tourist program. Well, how else? To be in Kazan and not get into one of the best water parks in Russia? I would never forgive myself for that.

Upon learning that we were going to the "Riviera", the girl at the reception from our hotel advised us to go there after four o'clock in the afternoon, they say, there will be much less people than if we were there in the morning.

How to get to the Riviera water park

During our vacation, we lived near the railway station, so it turned out to be the most convenient option for us to take bus number 74 and get to the stop “ul. Chistopolskaya ”(“ Tatneftarena ”).

Prices

On weekdays, prices are slightly lower than on weekends. Now I went to the site to see the prices, but I realized that there was a slight discrepancy with what we paid. Two tickets to the water park for 4 hours cost us 2100 rubles. This is for an adult and a teenager.

From the price tags of the site it turns out that 4 hours on weekdays cost 900 rubles and 800 rubles for a teenager. On weekends for 4 hours 1050 rubles for an adult and 900 rubles for a teenager.

Um ... mysterious.

I looked in my purse, found tickets, so she has a hamster habit of storing everything.

So, in fact, it turns out more expensive, an adult is 1100 rubles for 4 hours, and a teenager is 1000 rubles for 4 hours. There are no such price tags on the site, there is some kind of discrepancy with the declared one.

Description of the water park

With purchased tickets, they give out bracelets with an elastic band. There is some misunderstanding with bracelets, since a teenager is given a bracelet with an elastic band for the child's handle, and teenagers are big. My, for example, will be taller than many adults and this bracelet barely fit on his arm, crushing his skin. It would be much more convenient to come up with bracelets with clasps.

Jackets and shoes, pre-packed in a bag, are returned to the wardrobe. Scarves, shawls, hats are not for rent.

Then go down the corridor to the lockers.

There are changing cabins not far from the lockers. There you dress up in your bathing accessories, put things in a bag and go to any free locker, put things inside, close the door, apply the bracelet to a special board and the locker closes. For reliability, of course, pull the door, sure, or you never know what. Opens easily. You need to bring the bracelet to the reading board.

After changing clothes, as a rule, a shower follows and here I had a kind of brain explosion, since before that I had always come across showers with strict separation: male showers and women's showers. In the "Riviera" showers were shared. Perplexed, maybe I misunderstood something, went up to the employee's girl, asked again, but then she was surprised.

Well, okay, the shared showers are so common, I was not going to undress there anyway.

After the showers, there is an exit to the water park and here the expanse of water already begins. Eyes run up from a large space, at first you don't even know where to go, and then you plunge into the nearest pool and the pleasure begins.

Pools

The nearest basin was the Amazon River. Its warm waves pick up the body and carry it in a circle, you don't even have to swim, the water carries it anyway. The only nuance of this river is that it will be up to the waist of an adult. At first, this is somewhat discouraging, but then you no longer pay attention to the depth, especially since such a river will clearly appeal to parents with small children.

In the evening, when it gets dark, sailing along this river, you float through a window from which an enchanting view of the Ferris ring in the backlight opens. It looks very romantic.

If you want to swim deeper in the pool, that is, with splashing jets. There, if you swim further away, there is a normal depth.

There is a wave pool, but a real full house has gathered there, it seems that both adults and children consider it their duty to sit in it. As a result, especially in the waves, they did not flounder, because they constantly throw them on other people in a wave.

Cool idea with a pool-bar, I had seen this only in Turkey before. You swim up and you can order a beer or lemonade and savor your drink, swaying in the blue waters of the pool. There are other advantages in this same pool. For example, massage beds installed underwater but close to the surface. You lie down on them and relaxation begins with the help of water bubbles rising to the top. Lyapota!

From the same pool there is an exit to the street, to the outdoor pool. In summer it is one picture, but in cold weather it is completely different. Let me remind you that our time to visit the water park is November, and when you swim out into the street, you find yourself in a temperature of contrasts. It is warm under the water, even hot, the water is very, very warm, but outside, where the head and shoulders stick out, it is chilly. The sensations are sharp, cool. I have met such a pool only in the Lebyazhy water park in Minsk.

There are children's zones where little ones can frolic, run, swim, splash themselves

Slides

It was not possible to ride the slides. This requires a company, and my child is not a fan of such adrenaline entertainment. I would love to slide on a cheesecake in an open slide, but I did not notice such, they were only closed.

For example, the Tornado slide. It looks quite innocent, and at first, when the cheesecake slides along its circular surface, it seems that everything is happening as in slow motion, but when it approaches the funnel, the cheesecake is pulled inward at a frantic speed and only a cry disappearing into the hole is heard.

Here are a few more closed-type slides. They flew out with cheesecakes.

For thrill-seekers there is Kamikaze. This is a high-speed slide. I tried a similar plan in Bulgaria, I had enough of those vivid impressions, to repeat until I had any desires.

An interesting slide "Jump into the Abyss". For those who like to dive, that's it. Judging by the description on the site, the depth there is 4 meters. Impressive.

Do you like depth? Do you like diving and jumping into the water? Then this attraction is for you. Plunge into the blue world of the ocean. In addition, a pleasant surprise awaits you - you can dive in full scuba diver's outfit! The depth of the barrel is 4 meters.

Saunas

For those who like to warm their bones, there are a couple of types of saunas: Finnish and Turkish. We are lovers of wet steam and low temperatures, so we preferred the Turkish steam room. After spending time there, it felt like it was reborn and it was possible to rediscover the pools and outdoor swimming.

Nutrition

In the water park "Riviera" they pay with money from a bracelet. That is, you will need to throw money on the bracelet that is issued. To do this, take the required amount of money and approach the girl at the checkout, located in the dressing room, opposite the entrance to the water park. Save the receipt received at the checkout. You then show it at the same checkout when you leave the water park in order to receive unspent money.

There are several power points. We were sitting on the second floor. The food there is like canteens, you come up with a tray, put what you need on it and go to the cashier. Prices are, of course, higher than in ordinary canteens, but not prohibitive either.

For example, we bought beer, bottled tea and snacks. It turned out like this:

I liked the French fries, here they are some kind of tasty, and sometimes you buy unsuccessful ones. And delicious pastries. However, in Kazan, it is everywhere at the highest level.

Return trip

Time in the water park flies by. We liked everything very much. When they got dressed, dried their hair and went out into the street, they realized that with a stop on the way back, everything is complicated. It is not located, as usual, on the opposite side, you have to go far to it and it is not clear where. The conductor told us that the 74th was stopping back behind a gas station. We walked about 10 minutes, but did not find a stop. Perhaps it was necessary to go even longer, but gave up, decided to go back to the water park and walk along the river to get to the opposite side. We had to go in the direction where the station is, where the Kremlin is.

And, frankly, they did not regret such a walk, as the views of Kazan at night are incredibly beautiful.

What is in the Riviera water park

Waterslides

Tornado

When we visited the water park with a large company, then taking a queue, 1 person remained to wait, and the rest took turns visiting other slides. Why am I, the queue for the tornado is huge and if you have to on weekends, you can wait there for about 20-30 minutes, which will roll with it once, but it's worth it.

The slide begins with an ordinary closed pipe, on which you will develop sufficient speed so that it will be enough to spin along the walls, and not immediately fly down. Gradually, you will lose speed and will be carried away (washed away) into the hole that leads to the pool. Such attractions are also called "toilet", as they wash you off with a stream of water. Very young children may not be allowed on this slide. But what to say about children, even some adults are afraid of this slide, so before visiting it, the best ones to try other, simpler ones.

When your turn begins to come to an end, be sure to take care to find an inflatable bun on which you will descend in time, without it you will not be allowed. Inflatable buns usually lie near the stairs to the attraction, or they can be taken near the pool, where the attraction ends and those who have already rolled will give it to you.

Niagara

This slide is very wide, has a few turns, but in itself it is calm. You will not develop high speed on it and you will not be thrown too much from side to side. You can ride on it with a company (2-4 people), taking a special inflatable bun (cheesecake, tubing). Almost everyone rides on it, because it is not difficult and much more fun together.

NOTE! Inflatable buns lie near the stairs to the attraction, but they are not at the top. Therefore, first find yourself a bun and only then climb the hill, otherwise you will not be able to go down.

Green slide "Anaconda"

Quite a long slide that has many sharp turns. They are one of the longest slides, you will roll as much as 108 meters on it. Its speed is average, so don't be intimidated by it and be sure to try it. The slide is very popular, because it develops not a bad speed and you can ride not only one, but even three.

Before going up the Anaconda slide, find a bun for it near the stairs, which will be suitable for the number of people you need.

Blue slide "Bermuda descent"

A long and fast slide with a length of 113 meters. On it you can slide only one and only on an inflatable bun. The slide is of medium difficulty and is more fun than fear. Probably 90% of visitors use it, since it is long and not particularly scary, even small children happily return to it again.

Red hill "Kamikaze"

It is considered the fastest slide in the Riviera water park. Unfortunately, not many people dare to roll on it, because they are afraid of speed, and according to the statement of the water park, there you can reach speeds of up to 80 km / h.

Anyone who loves thrills, I highly recommend visiting this slide. This slide is the most "terrible" in the Riviera water park and I do not advise you to visit it first if you plan to stay here for a long time, as others may then seem very boring to you.

Orange slide "Loop"

It is located next to the "Komikadze" slide and is a rather difficult slide, many are very afraid of it. But in fact, she gives more pleasure than fear. The slide is 83 meters long and has one section where you do the "Loop", which is why the slide was named so. Black slide "Black hole"

A very long slide, has a length of as much as 110 meters. So we got close, in fact, to the review of the Riviera water park itself in Kazan. In general, it is worth noting that photography in a water park costs 300 rubles, but many take selfies on their phones and walk with cameras all over their chest, it seems like the security did not pinch anyone and did not force them to delete photos)) Yes, it would be a pity to delete such bright pictures!

The photo shows more slides and outdoor pools. I shot more of them because it was more pleasant to swim outside at times, so we mostly spent time there. Plus, there is a safe depth for a child, warm water and suitable slides. And also, when you swim in the open air on an autumn day, the sensations are very cool!

Once we were in the Riviera in winter, and these pools also worked, the water in them is constantly kept warm. Then I and my child, of course, did not dare to such a feat, but adults are happy to go swimming under the falling snow. There is a sauna nearby (which can be seen in the photo above on the right) to warm up, but it is very small and if people decide to cram in there, then I'm afraid it will fall apart like a teremok))

There are two main swimming pools outside. There is a warm pool with a depth of 0.8 m with absolutely for kids, with corresponding slides. For adults, the water here is literally knee-deep.

The second one is much larger in size, its depth is 1.2 m, there are three slides around it. Simple slides, but already higher and steeper than in the children's pool. Children of school age usually already swim here.

Life jackets must be worn by all children, rescuers strictly follow this and immediately grab the whistle if they see violators. Even if your child can swim, according to the rules of the water park, he must be wearing a life jacket. Mishuta and I once made a remark, now the child is always in a waistcoat, otherwise it is wildly unpleasant when you are reprimanded in front of such a crowd: /

There is a large Ferris wheel just behind the pools. A ticket for it must be purchased separately, but a discount is provided for visitors to the water park. To be honest, few people ride it, apparently no one has the strength to drive the wheel, but at sunset the view from it is really amazing.

Also for an additional fee of 200 rubles. you can jump on a trampoline. The attraction is called "Tarzanka", but still its essence boils down to bouncing, albeit rather high because of the tight ropes.

If you do not want to ride on water slides, but simply do not mind swimming in the pool and relaxing on the shore, there is the possibility of a separate entrance, without entering the water park. Tickets only to the pool cost 200-400 rubles, depending on the season and day of the week. One of the pools with warm water ...

Well, there is also a lounge area on the sun loungers. In September, people were still sunbathing with might and main, although not to say that it was very warm, just sunny.

Usually these pools are visited by the residents of Kazan themselves, tk. They do not want to overpay for the water park (they have probably been there more than once), but I want to relax by the water. But if you are coming from another city, like us, then I see no reason to take tickets only to the pools, although it is cheaper, but still this is not something for which it is worth traveling from afar.

By the way, if you take to the water park, then the entrance to these pools is free for you. That is, if you wish, you can swim in them, but again why, if there are no slides or other entertainments there, and the people are not a drop less.

The inside of the water park is also, of course, crowded. Crowds everywhere, mountains of slaps and thrown towels.

I recommend keeping a close eye on your child. It seems that this is so clear and I usually literally "pass" Misha, but even then, on a pirate ship, I lost him in a huge crowd of children and adults. If you ride the slides together, then first you slide, and then only the child. Because in this case, you can “accept” it, and the employees who are assigned to each attraction will follow the sending of the child along the slide.

In general, the impressions from the water park are the most positive! The water park is large, there are really many attractions, everything is thought out, there are lifeguards who really closely monitor everything that happens around the pool. Of course, there are a lot of people, but there are almost always problems with this in the water park, I advise you to go in the morning, so there is a chance to spend at least a couple of hours in relative peace.

Slide "Bermuda descent" also has rapids, it can only be conquered alone.

The slide always attracts visitors "Tornado"... Descent from it is carried out on single inflatable rings: first, a person enters a huge funnel (52 meters in diameter), making several rotations in which, at high speed, flies into the pool. With such a descent, adrenaline and a lot of positive emotions are guaranteed.

The most famous attraction of the Riviera water park is the red hill "Kamikaze"... The descent in it is carried out without an inflatable ring and only alone, hence the high speed of descent and the name. A slide is provided for fearless visitors "Loop"(83 meters in length), the conquest of which will be one of the most interesting moments of visiting the water park.

To relax after extreme sports, you can choose an attraction "Amazon"... This is a leisurely and relaxing trip for the whole family along the river and caves surrounded by tropical plants. And at the end of the trip, the course of the river will carry visitors under the starry firmament. The attraction runs almost along the perimeter of the water park and allows you to fully relax from the adventurous hours in the water park.

For kids the water park has separate indoor and outdoor pools with slides, as well as a whole "Pirate Fort"- an entertainment water complex with attractions, stairs and water cannons. And for the smallest visitors there are shallow pools (from 0.5 meters deep) and safe slides, playrooms and zones.

The Riviera water park also has wave pool where you can feel like at a resort, feel the sound of the waves and jump on them. The pool is comfortable for both adults and children and resembles the seabed, where the depth does not increase immediately.

Spa-zone Riviera water park is a collection of all popular types of services: jacuzzi, massage baths, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, after which you can cool off by pouring a barrel of ice water over yourself.
