We were looking forward to the rest. We chose Turkey. I liked the hotel for its well-groomed, attention. There are many children and the hotel has everything for them (animation, kids club, ice cream, zoo). A little strained by the children's screams, tuned in to silence (but this is not a minus to the hotel). Liked the views. Very beautiful area (plants, installations, sculptures). The eye was enjoying itself. The sea is clean in the morning, we entered the sea from the pier (some jumped, some down the stairs). The food is varied and really tasty, a lot of fruits (watermelon, cherries, which we love) every day. We greeted the sunrise from the room and the sunset on the pier is romantic. The room was cleaned, But not every day. Often asked to remove or at least replace the towels. Upon arrival, they found a leak in the shower, a day later they covered it with sealant. It flowed periodically, but we did not strain. The biggest minus is COMARA. The fumigator did not save. Mosquito nets would be nice. We do not sleep with air conditioning. The balcony is open. A few words about guides and trips. Hotel guide Ruslan was not impressed. Travel --- I liked Ephesus-Pammukule. The hotel and food on the trip are not ice. But the impression is pleasant from the guide - also Ruslan, similar to Harry Potter, tried very hard to please. Therefore, the girls really liked it. But the trip to Dalyan didn't work out - they came for us 30 minutes late, they didn't see much turtles, they caught crabs, the food was terrible, from the word - absolutely. I got a hair. The guide only asked if we liked the trip and tried to persuade himself that yes. Something like that.

Good afternoon to all tourists. I wanted to visit the resort town of Fethiye for a long time. Namely, in the province of Mugla, our choice settled on the Club Tuan hotel. I had a rest with my work colleagues. The choice did not disappoint anyone. The nature is magical, clean air, sea and silence. The hotel is the most beautiful - a large green area, everything is blooming and smelling around, there are many paths. The hotel has its own beach, first line. The beach is sandy-pebble. Umbrellas, sun loungers - free of charge. Lying on the beach, we observed such landscapes that directly mesmerized the soul: the most beautiful view of the mountains and azure of the Aegean Sea. What could be more beautiful? The hotel has excellent food - there is always a choice of dishes, even for the most spoiled urmans. Large selection of vegetables, side dishes, meat, fish. Fruit is mostly seasonal. Lots of sweets, national baklava, as well as amazing cakes, desserts, pies. The cooks are great fellows! The animation is super! The hotel takes care of the little guests: a nice corner with swings and all sorts of tunnels where kids spend a lot of time. Excellent, friendly, professional animators who work with children and do not leave them unattended. Would recommend this hotel for a family holiday! The hotel is fully consistent with its value and declared star rating. Special thanks to the hotel staff for the amazing service!

Hello everyone. We went abroad for the first time. They focused their attention on the Club Tuan hotel. I read a lot of great reviews. And in general, we have long dreamed of silence, fresh air, the sea. Everything is in one here. We had a great rest, I didn't want to leave. The service is top notch. Thank you very much to all the service staff. There are few such people. The guide was also excellent for us, he immediately provided all the excursions that were possible, he told everything in detail, that there were no questions at all. Animators are generally a miracle! The child has not been seen at all, then water polo, darts, volleyball, in short, everything is super! They settled us quickly. The number was cool. Very cozy and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. The food was delicious. Even our child was running for supplements. All in all, thank you very much for the warm welcome and service. We look forward to coming next year, also in May!

Because we do not drink alcohol, I would like more options for non-alcoholic cocktails. There are plenty of soda drinks - cola in glass bottles, two types of Schweppes, fanta / sprite ... But there are only two drinks among non-alcoholic cocktails: pinacolada and sprite with orange juice. We had to mix and compose ourselves. It was not very convenient to lift the stroller to the 3rd floor (we were offered to leave it downstairs, but somehow not convenient, because all the things are in the basket in the stroller ...), but the room had a large terrace.

Great location - there are no hotels around, the entire coastline is yours, thanks to this, you don't have to wear uncomfortable bracelets. Wonderful large green area - there is where to walk with a stroller and a baby during the day's sleep. For example, we sent our dad to activities, while we ourselves walked towards the bar near the zoo, where we enjoyed ice cream (from 11:00 to 17:30 every day) and cheese-meat cakes to the enchanting sounds of crowing and chirping of local birds, sitting in shadows of banana and pomegranate branches on comfortable benches. The zoo is generally a feature of the hotel - a son (1.5 years old) chased chickens at full speed and followed the sheep and goats with interest. There are also parrots and pigeons cooing in cages, rabbits jumping and iguanas climbing. In the evening, again, it’s nice to walk after a plentiful dinner in a well-lit area (there are lanterns every 2-3 meters along the paved paths), sit on the benches in the rose garden and walk along the pier to the very edge, lie on the sun loungers and look at the covered stars in the sky (saw the milky way). The beauty! There are many activities in the hotel: 2 times a day beach volleyball, archery, rifle shooting, darts, water polo, football, morning exercises (like yoga) - we went to everything, everything was well organized, interesting. Table tennis, tennis, basketball, football, boccia, mini golf are freely available throughout the day. Fitness center from 8 am to 7 pm. Throughout the hotel, yellow arrows marked a route for running, a distance of 1200 m. We were lucky with the weather, there were no big waves in a week, the sea was quite calm, we had plenty of swimming. The water is clean, from 7 to 10 am - crystal clear, schools of fry can be seen, and from the pier deeper - and rather medium-sized fish. Entering the water - large pebbles alternate with dark gray-brown sand. After 11 a breeze was blowing from the sea, it was pleasant in + 35-degree heat. Food - varied, very tasty, beautiful, everything is fresh, lots of fruits, vegetables, highchairs, blender, microwave ovens, diet table.

1. Food - everything is equally tasteless and overcooked. Queue for omelet in the morning from 7 am. From salads - all 7 days chopped cucumbers with tomatoes, and 1x plates with the same cheese. For dinner - fried fatty meat, fried fish and barilla pasta. Desserts - only the colors change, the composition of all flour, sugar, starch. Turkish sweets are only sweet dough. In general, food is there all the time, but it cannot be called tasty. But you won't stay hungry. 2. The smoking staff of the hotel shops (hairdresser's) next to the playground.

We rested with my husband and a one-year-old child at the hotel in June. On the plus side, I can say that the hotel area is large, beautiful, clean, and a lot of greenery. Varied food in the main restaurant. Rooms were cleaned every day. The main disadvantage for us was the sea and the entrance to it. The sea is not entirely clean, the entrance is pebbly and rocky. Since the hotel is located 17 km from Fethiye, we thought the sea would be cleaner. I had to go to the beaches of Oludeniz, where the sea is excellent in terms of entry and cleanliness. But we rented a car, using public transport, I think bus 2 needs to be changed to get there. Swimming pool one for adults, the second for children. Not enough for such a territory. Sky-high prices at the hotel for professional photography. Photographers are not really experts in their field. And one more thing, this is a club hotel, and there are no lifts in the buildings. At first, we were settled on the 3rd floor in a distant building. With a child, it was not very convenient to go up to the 3rd floor, the stroller had to be left on the first floor. Then asked to change the room closer to the restaurant and pools and on the first floor. Changed, but not very pleasant nuances arose in terms of service. Overall a good hotel. Mainly families and elderly people have a rest. But in my opinion, the cost of living in this hotel is overpriced. Wouldn't come again. But there is no comrade in taste and color, so this is at the discretion of each traveler. Have a great rest, everyone!

An excellent hotel for families with children. For those looking for privacy, the hotel will not suit you, except in the early and late seasons. The territory is beyond praise, an abundance of food and drinks. We never crossed paths with neighbors in the rooms, there was no noise from the neighboring rooms, which is good news)). The staff is friendly, busy with work all the time. During the rest there was a hitch in an Italian restaurant - they waited a very long time for the dishes to be taken out. Everything went well in Italian. The sauna is free, nohamam is paid (just sitting in the hall is free). In general, we were satisfied with the rest. Ps .. The Internet in the territory is bad, so anyone who wants to combine work and rest by the pool or the sea will not work.

Be careful when choosing this hotel !! It has a club part - these are buildings that are located near restaurants, the sea, around which all life "boils", and there is a so-called park part - the buildings are located away from the main territory: a 10-minute walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to seas. For example, with a child - it's terribly inconvenient !! There are punishments, but you won't wait for them, no one will carry you around on purpose! The rooms (we changed 2 rooms) are 3 *: the furniture is old, the decoration in the room is very modest. "Clean" Bed linen we got in some kind of incomprehensible stains and divorces. It is unpleasant ((I am unpretentious about the rooms, but here I paid attention to these nuances. Service at the hotel also draws on weak 3 *: issues are resolved for a long time and with some annoyance. Although the flow of tourists is continuous, the load at the hotel is 100% !! A couple of times for dinner guests (including us) had to wait for a seat in the restaurant. All the tables were occupied. The food seemed to be varied, but not all tasty. You will not stay hungry, but most likely you will not get any gastronomic pleasure. More or less delicious only at dinners. Breakfasts - Lunches are the same in dishes and not very tasty. If we rested for more than 5 days, the food would annoy me ((Of the advantages - a wonderful large, well-groomed area, good animation for adults and wonderful - for children, an excellent clean sea! !! Many children. A lot! Fresh air, sun, sea - this is the first thing we went for, so the overall rating of the trip is 4, but 5 stars for a hotel is space. The real rating is 3 stars !!

I liked everything in the hotel: room, location, food, sea. The list can be long. Especially the attitude towards children and the service for children. There is a special corner for children in the restaurant, interesting plates, small forks, spoons, knives. For the smallest blenders, microwave and sterilizer. The kids club is on top, friendly attitude always and everywhere. The most beautiful area, very well-groomed. Landscape workers work tirelessly. Special thanks to them. We were with children 4 years old and 9 months old. We left the room at 8 am, returned at 9 pm. At any time on the territory you can find a place where it is pleasant to spend any hour - by the sea, by the pool, by the zoo, in the kids' club, in the restaurant or in the playgrounds. The price matches the quality. We were on May holidays, paid very cheaply (70k for 2 + 1 for 8 nights). What we liked: a beautiful large green well-groomed area, a football field, you can pour drinks yourself, tea / coffee / cocoa in constant access. Lots of greens for lunch and dinner. Everyone was welcoming. Nice playground, kids club (didn't go). There were some decent shows in the evening. Delicious Turkish coffee at the beach bar. Gozleme (delicious) and ice cream all day (at the mini zoo). Water in any quantity in bottles of 0 "5 in restaurants and bars. I don’t want to drink. The restaurant has a blender for babies and a microwave. The chairs are wiped clean and they are tightened with plastic. There is an adjoining playground in the open part of the restaurant - convenient. What I didn’t like: queues in the restaurant - there were no empty tables, they waited, looking for somewhere to sit, few fruits - only apples and oranges (and this is strawberry season! deep-fried) hot soups, hot small choice for children (something spicy, something not dietary.) In the restaurant you pour alcohol yourself (wine is the cheapest, not tasty), juices - Yupi, male waiters don't clean dirty plates, you have to ask clean / cover, but the girls are more agile. We did not get pleasure from food. Safe in the room is paid. The room is old, but it did not matter to us. We lived in 11 ** rooms, close to the restaurant, in principle I recommend. Park - far away, take the Club. There is a gym, but rather small. The weather for May was very cold, windy, the sea was cold and the pools, too, were able to swim only at the end of the holiday - on May 13. There was beach volleyball, some kind of water aerobics, darts, etc., we didn't go. We didn't go to Alya kart, they were outside, it was very cold in the evening, friends walked around, froze and said nothing (Italian restaurant). Grill restaurant - for a fee (did not go). We went to the Erasta shopping center (40 minutes by minibus, stops at the hotel) - Waikiki rules. Delicious coffee shop with ice cream at the entrance (Mado). Photographers work on the territory, then they sell exorbitant photos (you can bargain). Conclusion: if buying a tour is inexpensive and you are not pretentious about food - an excellent choice. If prices increase during the season, but the service and quality of food will not improve, I would not recommend it.

We rested in Tuan from June 3-11 with a child of 9 years old, in general we liked the rest, we lived in a park area, the room was so-so, the furniture was old, there were ants in the room, it seemed to be washed every day, but what was removed as a whole was not felt, the change of towels in general, it was interesting, they used one large one, the child wiped himself with a smaller towel, but the towel changed during cleaning only the foot towel, and the bath towel folded and lay down as if clean. We were at the hotel in early summer 2019. I liked the hotel grounds, the location close to the airport, pleasant climate, great views on the road and around the hotel. The main problems: 1. The closer to summer, the more tourists arrive. For those who like to sleep, there will be no sun beds by 10 o'clock. And if at least I had the opportunity to wear 20-kilogram sunbeds from the meadows near the beach, then women have no idea what to do at all. (lie on the sand?). With the arrival of tourists, there were apparently no free sunbeds at all. People, realizing this, shake their seats, either without getting up from them, or in the early morning occupy them with a reserve, stacking all kinds of rubbish. 2. ParkView rooms are NOT standard, as requested by the reception, which is not reported by the tour operator. This is an economy option and they look terrible. When buying a tour, I thought that the park area is better and differs only in distance from the animators. No, there is an economical economy. I had to pay extra immediately and move to the club area. It's good that there was a free room. 3. Animators, except for children, are very sluggish. In general, the daily routine at the hotel is also vague and disorganized. For some, this is a plus. Liked only the interactive shows for children in the evenings. Hello Doro from Chelyabinsk :) 4. Alcohol is relatively ok only whiskey. But the Kulup wine, which is distributed in bottles in the dining room, looks like a disgusting port for 49 rubles, which I drank as a student. But the port was better. 5. Employees. Some do look unfriendly. But rather, it is the lack of courtesy familiar in good hotels. Still, Fethiye is a provincial city and the locals are far from Parisian manners. The reception is trying, but it is clear that people are tortured and they no longer have any strength left for a positive attitude. 5. What is profitable and free. First is the store behind the fence. It is located immediately behind the kebab house, but you will have to go around the fence a little along the road, 80 meters from the entrance to the park area. There is a good free gym, seemingly free catamarans. The waiters have some kind of champagne hidden away. NATURAL COFFE! The staff has a device in the snack bar. In machines for "ordinary people" instead of coffee, a strange liquid. 6. Restaurant. Small enough for the flow of people. If you are 10 minutes late, you may have to wander around with plates to look for a table. Very economical menu. You can see how the chefs try to make good dishes from a small amount of very cheap ingredients. The cooks are great, the waiter (s) are great. The rooms themselves are like in a good Soviet boarding house. It's about good numbers. Bad rooms - like in a bad boarding house. No toothbrushes, no shampoos. Apparently, the specifics of the countryside. Probably from the point of view of employees, tourists live in palaces. After all the Marriott's there, the hotel is shocking for the first time with its simplicity. 8. The sea. Steep pier, the best in the area. There is where to go to the right and left of the beach. Mountain river just outside the territory. Minus: if you have a lot of weight, and there is also a child in your arms, then getting out of the sea is hellish suffering. Near the coast is a strip of sharp stones about two meters wide. Despite all the shortcomings, local advantages become visible on the third or fourth day. Wonderful climate, beautiful nature, great views, and a bonus you can lose a little weight :) In general, the hotel and Fethiye leave a good impression.

Good front line hotel. A very large area of ​​the hotel, near the beach, living in separate houses. From Fethiye half an hour by minibus. All shops are located in Fethiye. They are poorly populated, it is not clear on what principles and laws, roulette, since the number of rooms is very different, if you do not like the number, they ask for $ 50 per person for another number. The food is normal, there is a lot of fish, beef is only in goulash, etc., Delicious sweet oranges, apples. Well, that's it, there were no other fruits, berries, maybe because it's May ?! There are no waiters, only the table cleaners, and sometimes without asking, they won't bring wine even for $. Self-service. But you can take bottles already open and chilled !!! Entertainment as usual, dart, water. polo, gymnastics in the pool, the sea was not, there are no animators to amuse the people, they are all in business. I liked the hotel, I was especially surprised by the food - a lot of good, high-quality dishes for every taste, including a separate table with desserts and fruits. Bartenders mix several types of simple cocktails. It is located at some distance from the city of Fethiye, walk for a long time and along the highway (probably one and a half or two hours), 15 minutes by car, 40 minutes by minibus - on the way it goes around all the neighboring villages. We lived in rooms that are slightly more expensive - closer to the sea, clean, cleaned every day, there is a refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, but with varying success - somewhere it is excellent, somewhere it does not work at all (for example, in the dining room).

We arrived at the hotel for 3 days to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Upon arrival, we were not even offered drinks or chilled towels, but they settled quickly, the dollar was not in vain.
We did not go to the room in an electric car, and our suitcase was dragged along all the paths at a brisk pace. Despite the fact that we were very tired, more than 12 hours on the road and got up that day at 3 in the morning, keeping up with the boy, though I barely barely could with my 120 kg :)
We were given a normal room, but why there is no lift in a three-story building, and it is very inconvenient to run along narrow (for me) stairs, although it is done beautifully, especially the second light.

Dinner surprised us with the presence of grub and lack of food. To make it clear, we are not used to the fact that 5 * hotels serve food from what was left uneaten in 3 * hotels. Waiters do not care about dirty dishes on the table, sometimes, when you are eating, a trolley smelling of slop will drive up to you and your dishes will be packed. The devices are laid out on the tables 1 time before opening the "food". In the future, look for the devices themselves in certain places. There are often no inscriptions in Russian or in English above or near the dishes, sometimes you need to go around to read the plate.

The audibility in the room is very "good", you can hear everything that happens in the corridor, it is strange that there is no second door as in normal 5 * hotels. The fight and scandal in the next room in English was especially well heard.
When we were getting ready for bed, my spouse discovered that on her side the mattress was somehow strangely falling through, it turned out that on her side there were holes in the mattress from the springs that had come out and some of the springs were simply not there. I called the reception desk about 5 times within an hour and a half and said that they had passed on, and then it was not their concern. When two people came, it turned out that they had brought not a mattress, but a mattress topper. The mattresses, as they explained to me, are in some kind of secret room that is locked until 10 o'clock the next day. We were also promised that tomorrow at 10-00 they will change everything and do everything. In general, at about 23-00, this mattress topper was put in bed, so that at least somehow it was possible to sleep, and since they were very tired, they fell into a deep sleep until 6 in the morning.

In the morning, having occupied not the most broken sunbeds on the beach, on the beach apparently whole sunbeds are missing, went for breakfast.
Breakfast did not bring anything new all the same leftovers from a 3 * hotel. Dissolved "Yupi" instead of juice and this is in UAI in which in the morning there should be at least 1 kind of freshly squeezed juice. There are freshly squeezed juices in the cafeteria, but for some reason they are paid. The food is normal pancakes, but no normal jam. There is no butter, there is only a spread. The sandwich grills are dirty and apparently never cleaned, made sandwiches only 1 time. In normal hotels, they are not only cleaned, but also wrapped in foil. I can't say anything bad about scrambled eggs, normal. So I have another question, why put sausages in hot tomato juice? It's delicious? I tried it, an abomination. I really love tomato juice, but the sausages are disgusting. Apparently they do not know how to cook potatoes in slices, they are not tasty. French fries are normal. There is no boiled coffee for breakfast. There is also no service for breakfast by waiters. They are simply not interested in you, even a tip does not help. All the same garbage cans sometimes drive up to you and pick up dirty dishes from those tables where people have long gone. It is extremely stuffy and humid in the dining room itself and even on the street. Looking ahead, just before our departure, fans were installed, which somewhat eased the situation.

Back in the room, we realized that the room was cleaned somehow. Those towels that were on the floor were not replaced. The bathtub remained dirty. Why the cleaning lady took those two extra sheets, which we with difficulty begged in the evening, was completely incomprehensible, we had to look for staff and again beg for something to hide.

I went and ordered a la carte for the DR of my wife in guest relations, and also ordered a bungalow / gazebo for 25 euros, they said that the gazebo would be ready by 9-00. I asked the staff not to screw up at least here.

After all the trouble, we went back to the beach, entered the sea exclusively through the pier on the stairs. It is impossible to enter the water from the beach due to the fact that there are very large pebbles in the surf line. The sea is wonderful, the water is clean and warm early in the morning.

Dinner did not surprise me with anything pleasant. let's skip the duplicate negative. I will only add that there is no pastry or confectionery, again "cakes" from semolina impregnated with sweet water.

The animation seems to be at the level of the hotel, so it was clear that people like it. Looked a little and went to bed

Breakfast, beach and at 9-05 we come to the gazebo that we rented for that day. Towels should have been made by this time. Empty .... and the neighbors too, I'm going to sort out guest relations. They tell me that we handed everything over and nothing else interests us. After the scandal and citing the example of a miniature "about a coat" by Arkady Raikin, a Polish woman and a Lithuania who is extremely hostile to Russians, she deigned to go with me. After another 15-20 minutes, the gazebo was ready. We decided not to spoil our mood, although the bungalow is old but comfortable, it would be nice for him to have a small fenced area, since there is a lack of sun loungers and space on the territory. people are constantly trying to take them away, regardless of the lying towels, or to lie down on their chaise longue next to them. They brought freshly squeezed juice diluted with water, it is determined simply, leave it to stand and the water will separate from the juice by itself.

We had lunch in a snackbar, the most normal food is a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and fast food, but not panini. Panini would be better made to order, they are dry, there is no need to add a booze of sauce and vnutrb.

In general, on the territory of the hotel, the most delicious food is prepared near the zoo, it is cakes with cheese and spicy cakes with meat and ice cream there all day.

After dinner, they brought fruit to the gazebo, surprisingly very good, not like in the canteen.
slept right in the gazebo, if alone or with children, then you can very comfortably accommodate.

I ask the hotel management to wash or change the covers on the pillows and mattresses after each visitor. Lots of stains from food and drinks that guests eat right in the gazebo. If it were not for the towels with which we covered the entire gazebo, it would be squeamish to be in it.

In the evening, an interesting sparkling apple wine was brought.

So that everyone understands what a normal A la carte is for me, I will explain. A la carte is a Restaurant serving Restaurant food with Restaurant Serving. Yes, the table was painted with pink petals as I promised :) This is the end of the Restaurant. There is no menu, that is, you have brought something and "eat". The wine was brought already in an opened bottle and without asking if this wine would fit, they simply poured 2 glasses with the sediment, well the sediment got into my glass since I do not drink alcohol: r Yesterday's stale rolls were also brought as bread. I don’t remember if there was a salad, but as the main course they brought a piece of meat on a frying pan with stewed vegetables. No frills ... just food .... Although the restaurant is called Italian. Neither pasta carbonara or ravioli or anything else to choose from .... or pizzas with fillings to choose from .... for dessert they brought a small piece of "cake", they didn't even offer tea or juice .... They didn't deserve a tip .. .. In Italy, we did not feel ourselves ....
Separately, I would like to say that all the "action" takes place on the street under the noise of fans in the heat and stuffiness, there are also no areas for smokers and non-smokers, so they were swindled from all sides.

Since there was no food, I persuaded to go for dinner at the canteen, since I did not eat there .... it was not tasty. Having dined with fruit, which had to be chosen from crushed and spoiled, we went to rest

The next Morning was the last in this hotel, firstly because we were leaving, and secondly because in the future we will try not to get into this hotel chain anymore.

The morning began with a slight hassle at the reception. Since we had a late check-out, we were going to pay the bills and extend the room until a late check-out. We were denied room renewal due to the fact that the hotel was overcrowded, which saddened us, but it was half the trouble ... Then they began to pay bills, issued an invoice for about 300 Turkish liras, apparently expecting that they had mugs in front of them that did not have a calculator for phone, no currency converter. Having counted, asked to detail the invoice and signed checks, after a brief altercation it turned out that someone slipped a check on our number under a false name and not with my signature. Having paid only our check, we went to the beach to relax.

I want to make a separate curtsey in a good way to the Intourist tour operator for organizing an individual transfer to and a cheerful guide girl who entertained us with stories on the way back.

Turning to the management of this hotel, YOU are theoretically working to ensure that people have a rest, why YOU do not have consistency of services, recruit new department heads from professional hoteliers, work with staff is not carried out, God knows that the staff does not know Russian, but most of them even do not understand English. Teach staff to say "Hello", not "How are you", when greeting Russian speakers. In Egypt, on my second visit to the same hotel, everyone already greeted normally, and a local chef with whom we became friends told me in secret that the hotel hired a Russian language teacher to teach the staff at least a few phrases, thus creating comfort for their guests.
I am ready to put up with any inconvenience in the form of a noisy fan in the toilet or a dirty air conditioner in which filters have not been washed for a long time. But the useless cleaning had to be abandoned until the end of the stay by hanging a "Do not disturb" sign.
Take a normal Confectioner to the dining room, your country is famous for all sorts of sweets, why are you shoving us this semolina soaked with syrup .... make baskets with fruits and whipped cream, make a normal sponge cake.
Watermelons and melons were most often good, but I didn't understand the blanched fruit, what was it for dinner and why, or just so as not to spoil? I want to ask the chef of this dining room to revise the menu and recipe, as well as write on the plates what kind of dish it is and whether it is spicy or not. Not everyone can and not everyone eats spicy food. And also pay attention to what the kitchen releases into the hall.
Stop bringing garbage cans to the tables at which YOUR Guests eat, you don’t do that with people you respect at home, let the waiters move a little more and take tarets off the table to the garbage cans and not on a tray, but in their hands. And then they are for the most part standing and laughing while looking at something on the phones. By the way, phones are a separate topic, prohibit your staff from bringing the phone to the workplace, let them hand them over before the shift, he distracts them from their duties

Pay attention to cleaning the beach and sun loungers. Most of the sun loungers on the beach are broken, the mattresses are dirty and old. Also sun loungers and the sea line are clearly not enough for such a large hotel.
