There is a kiosk on site where you can buy excursions. The prices are affordable. Children under 5 years old are free almost everywhere. Its own medical center works around the clock. Free towels and cool drinks (another bonus). We went to the dining room to eat (we bought it with three meals a day "buffet"). The choice is excellent, everything is delicious, I liked it. We ate from the belly. On the territory there are billiards, sauna, gym and barbecue area. And of course Koktebel itself - sea, sun and mountains. Better than mountains can only be mountains !!! There is a swimming pool on the territory, but there were not always enough places around the pool. The location to the sea is wonderful, the beach is clean, minus the many smoking areas located directly on the beach! It is unpleasant for a person who does not smoke and who has a rest with a child; the smoking area should be located away from the beach. In the dining room, the food is varied, always fresh vegetables, fruits, as the dish ended, fresh ones were promptly brought in. The only thing is that there are few dairy products, only rice and curd casserole from cottage cheese. Walking distance to the embankment, water park, dolphinarium, attractions, stalls. Regarding the illness of children, I agree, they faced an intestinal infection, which is unpleasant!

Rested in July 2018 in the 2nd building. Immediately disappointed by the lack of an elevator, lugging suitcases to the 3rd floor. In a double room with add. a place for the child at night was not prepared for the third place, they brought a broken cot, then another, there was no set of towels, they brought it later. And all this fuss at one o'clock in the morning, although check-in during the day - everything should be ready. Just horrified - a dryer in a damp toilet. The morning began walking around the administration with a request to provide conditions for drying wet clothes. In the end, thanks to the accountant Olga (the director left), who quickly resolved the issue and the carpenter pulled the ropes outside the window. Location to the sea 5+, well-groomed area, many roses, reasonable food. I advise you to go to the 1st building, when you check into the 2nd building, be prepared for economic problems: there is no reception, control over the maids too. And it doesn't matter that during 17 days in the bathroom the light bulb burned out 6 times, because the most important thing is your own positive attitude. The location of the complex in the village of Koktebetel is one of the best - everything is within walking distance: dolphinarium, aquarium, water park, market, shops, tents, restaurants, canteens. The beach is located 100 meters from the building. Sun beds and awnings are included in the price of the voucher, but I think it needs to be optimized, since everyone has access to the beach, there are a lot of people during the holiday season. Since there is no transfer, to which everyone is accustomed abroad, there is no, you can take a taxi from Simferopol airport. Taxi drivers ask for 3,000 rubles or more. Or take a regular bus from the bus station. This is a real extreme. The queues at the box office are kilometer long. We arrived at about 15.00 and there were no bus tickets for all the remaining flights. We persuaded the driver to take us for a fee. As a result, there were 10 more people crammed into the groove, rode on each other's heads. Everything was spelled out in the voucher, building 1, the presence of an air conditioner in the room, all-inclusive meals. If you don't want scandals, be sure to check what is written in the voucher. Often there were scandals when people demanded air-conditioned rooms, but this was not spelled out in their vouchers. Also, if the presence of a balcony is essential for you, then you need to order a ticket to building No. 1. They are settled strictly in accordance with the voucher. Rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are no different from similar Turkish ones, TV, refrigerator, shower room, carpet, everything is simple and old. There is no hair dryer. There is a balcony in all rooms of the 1st building, in the 2nd building there are very few rooms with a balcony. Cleaned well every day except Sunday. Towels are changed after 3 days, linen after 5. Toilet paper is given only if you ask. I just don't know about cases that are cheaper. The territory of the tourist complex is huge, cool! A lot of greenery and flowers, roses, spruce, pine trees. There are very few pool towels. The pool is shallow. In the August heat, you can boil there, because there are only 2-3 umbrellas, and they are broken and just periodically blown off by the wind and fly to the vacationers. The beach is a separate song. First, you need to pre-set that the Primorye beach is public. That is, the whole Koktebel sunbathes there and there was simply nowhere to lie down there. There are no umbrellas. The entire beach is filled with stationary rubber sheds, which are not allowed for vacationers of the tourist complex and are paid for everyone - 250 rubles. Since few people buy these sheds, they and the places under them are empty, and people huddle where they can in the remaining space. The lack of elementary umbrellas simply killed me - half of my family tolerates the sun well, and the second needs shade. Therefore, we spent time on the beach separately, me in the shadow gallery, the family in the open sun. There is no own toilet, as we are accustomed to abroad, toilets are paid - from 15 rubles. The sea is cold and dirty. We arrived, the water was + 26, in the morning it immediately became +18. I don't know what cold currents there are, but for almost all 2 weeks of our vacation in August, the water did not rise above 22 degrees. Entertainment, as elsewhere - water (cheesecakes, catamarans, parachute flights, boats that will take to the Golden Gate. Everything is not cheap. Near the water park "Koktebel", the price from 14.00 to 18.00 - 1200 rubles per person. At the same time at 17.30 they ask to get ready There are many excursions, to Sevastopol, Feodosia, Bakhchisarai, other cities, monasteries, walking and water trips to the Karadga reserve. All this also requires considerable costs. The price of fruit simply killed, apples cost 120 rubles per kilogram. Air - yes, it is just a miracle. No wonder Koktebel is considered a paradise for asthmatics. But, perhaps, we will not come to Crimea anymore. The price has gone too far from the quality. It's not worth it.

We rested in TOSK "Primorye" from 6 to 20 June 2016. The price-quality ratio is somewhat overpriced towards the price. The food is acceptable, the chefs try to prepare a variety of dishes from a minimum of products. For our taste, the porridge was too sweet and there were very few fish dishes (by the way, although there is a belief that there are few fish in the Black Sea, other boarding houses and sanatoriums somehow get out of the situation)). But here all the questions are for the management. Apparently, the name "camp site" does not imply such improvements. Service is good. The service staff are polite and helpful. We rested in Building-1. We chose a room on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). Orthopedic problems prevented the use of the squeezed old mattress on the bed. At the request to replace the mattress, the room was changed. The mattress in the ground floor room was much better, but the dampness and cold exacerbated the problems with arthrosis. We tried to dry the air with an air conditioner, which immediately broke down. Repaired quickly, but the problem was not fully resolved. When the weather improved, clouds of mosquitoes appeared: ((Ventilation in the bathrooms barely copes with the humidity after taking a shower (in both rooms). Very weak WiFi. The boarding house itself is pleasant, everything in the room was in order, the food was normal. The excursions are interesting, but long, for an amateur. In Vladivostok, the Primorye-3 transport corridor will open the way to China not only for the transit of goods, but also for tourists. Anyone can use the new high-speed highway and a huge bridge across the Amur Bay, RIA VladNews reports.

Today, getting to China, or transporting any cargo to the PRC is not an easy task. Often the trip can be delayed, the average delivery time is 10 days. And even a new one in Suifunhe is unlikely to solve this problem, since it is not easy to get to it.

Primorye-3 is one of the projects that will be presented to investors during the Eastern Economic Forum. A new transport network through the VKAD will connect Vladivostok with the Peschaniy Peninsula and the village of Barabash. At the same time, the new international transport corridor is one of the most promising in the region: if the length of its “colleagues” reaches 240 km, then the length of the future road is only 65 km. Not only is it three times shorter, but its construction will be several times cheaper.

According to the project, a high-speed railway can also become part of the new transport corridor. Specialists of the city administration do not exclude that trains will be able to go to China through the Amur Bay both with cargo and with tourists. The road may become toll, much depends on the investor who will undertake the implementation of a large-scale project.

The VKAD and Primorye-3 are designed not only to improve the road situation. All projects that will be presented by the city administration at the Eastern Economic Forum set a new planning framework for Vladivostok, the Vladivostok cross-border agglomeration and the free port of Vladivostok, - said the head of the city Igor Pushkarev during a meeting on preparations for the EEF.

Primorye-3 is another step towards the successful development of the Free Port. It is the solution of the transport problem that will increase the efficiency of Vladivostok ports and attract business here: the seaside capital will also become a transshipment point for international cargo that goes to Asia in transit. The transport corridor will function effectively under the conditions of the Free Port, in conjunction with tax incentives and customs preferences.
