The hotel does not correspond to the declared level of stars for the following reasons: 1. The staff does not respond to requests by phone, only a personal visit to the reception helps, when you stand above your heart and say that you will not leave until the problem is solved. We were "lucky" with problems, did not workthe air conditioner in principle (it was +36 on the street), turned on the safe, there were no glass glasses in the room, only 2 plastic glasses! :))))))) once the room after cleaning was left without towels at all .... we advise cleaning ladies regularly leave it "for tea", otherwise wait for a trick: either the slippers under the bed will stumble, or the linen will not be tucked in ... 2. We bought local SIM cards - they worked every other time, it was necessary to constantly overload the phones. 6. To the beach 600-700 meters, the beach itself is made of pebbles, small and not very clean. We ended up going to a paid beach 15 km away. Moreover, the hotel itself, that is, the building itself, is not bad. It is felt that life once was in full swing, as there is a grand piano, an idle lounge bar, mini-golf, pathos of the staff at the counter upon first check-in. Plus, there is internal parking (extra paid), because parking near the hotel is very problematic.
