The hotel, in my opinion, is 3 *, no more. I will try to tell you about everything in detail.
If you want to take a break from the bustle of the city and you are not interested in bars, discos and dancing until the morning, you should go there. The hotel stands apart, there is no infrastructure around, the nearest villages with shops, markets, taverns, etc. are 2 km away. But peace and quiet, complete relaxation.
Located on the very seashore. The hotel area is small, but well-groomed: pine trees, flowers, greenery, olive trees, there are even orange and tangerine trees. Squirrels jump on the pines, in the morning, while there are few people, you can watch the squirrels go down to drink from the pool.
The air is clean, it smells like pine needles. The sea is clean, transparent, warm. In the morning it is almost completely calm, in the afternoon the breeze drives up small waves. Sometimes waves throw algae on the shore, but they are removed quickly enough. The coast is gentle, the entrance to the water is half pebble, half sandy. There were always free sun loungers (6 euros for two). You can take inflatable mattresses for extra. bathing fee.
The rooms are small, some are renovated, some are old. At first we were accommodated in an old room on the first floor, it was not very comfortable, one might say pathetic. They asked to change the room, there were no vacant ones (there really were a lot of vacationers), but two days later the renovated room was vacated, we were moved to the second floor with a balcony. The room is very pleasant, spacious bathroom. By the way, there are only towels and liquid soap in the bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo, etc. should be taken with you or purchased locally.
I recommend taking a mosquito repellent. We took the plates and slept peacefully. There were no Russian channels on TV, only Greek ones. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily, linen is changed 2-3 times a week.
Food: the hotel operates on a breakfast basis. For breakfast: two types of bread, cake, cookies, jam of 5-6 types, dried fruits, 2 types of yoghurt, pickled peaches !!! (this is in Greece), butter, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of sausages, olives, tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, sausages and fried bacon / sausage, omelet with zucchini and plain omelet / scrambled eggs, 2 types of juice, tea, coffee. Of the fruits, only watermelon (if it can be classified as a fruit). ALL!!! And so every day, no exceptions and additions. By the end of the second week, we thought we were croaking from an omelet. This, of course, is a big minus to the hotel. Lunch and dinner can be taken at the hotel tavern or go to the tavern in 5 minutes. walk from the hotel. A meal for two cost us about 20-25 euros.
To diversify your life, you can go or go to the villages of Metamorfosi and Nikiti, 2 km from the hotel. There you can buy fruits, souvenirs, necessary goods, and eat. I recommend taking a car. The hotel will be happy to help you do this. The hotel does not have its own cars, but there is an agreement with the nearest car rental agency. For example, Hyundai Gets 1.1 costs 50 euros per day. The cars are all fresh, so they drive fine, despite the low power. It is very convenient to see the surroundings, regardless of anyone. At the same time, buy fruits and souvenirs.
If you do not find fault with the little things, the hotel is quite decent, there are many Russians, many vacationers with children. One employee at the reception speaks Russian, as well as one of the waitresses. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is large, there is a hairdryer, towels were changed and cleaned every day, it's bad that there was no kettle in the room. The balcony is also large, there is a table and chairs. We took only breakfasts so as not to depend on dinner because we went on excursions, but you can had dinner at the hotel, which many did. The breakfasts, like in a 3 * hotel, are monotonous, but you will not be hungry. I really liked the service, the staff is very polite, always ready to help, communicate in English, which causes discontent among the Russians. European Union, the hotel is not for young people, they are bored here. The hotel is for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excursions were taken from their guide to hotels, because there was nowhere else. I really liked the service of the excursions, they arrived on time, everyone was agreed, everyone is very polite. The cost of excursions is from 45 euros, it all depends on the trip. But there is one minus in the hotel's location - to the nearest settlement 40 minutes walking in the heat or 6 euros by taxi. The village of Nikiti, but there is a small village there is a supermarket of not the best quality and a few run-down cafes, it is better to eat at the Sonya tavern, which is located next to the hotel.
