My daughter s7 flew from Krasnoyarsk to Krasnodar with a transfer in Moscow. I liked everything very much. I study in another city and fly home for the holidays. I usually get to s7, because the prices are the most acceptable option. Of the shortcomings, you have to arrive at the airport a lot in advance, if you want to check in your luggage calmly and not push in a queue, I haven't noticed anything else yet.
I live in Novosibirsk and traditionally fly S7 for Siberians. Perhaps the forced choice at the beginning became completely conscious after 2-3 flights. I don't even want to compare with anything because I am satisfied with everything - the work of the staff, the flight park, food. A separate respect for the priority program, I heard that other companies also have this. I don't want to discuss which system is better, etc. But for a year on s7 I saved myself up for a free flight, which I am very pleased with.
A round trip ticket from St. Petersburg to Kazan for 7,600 rubles, a flight at 14:25 is the best price, there is simply no cheaper, there is much more expensive. For that kind of money, everything went more than perfect. There was a docking in Moscow (about 1.45), took off after 1.46 - awesome, I think. According to other criteria, it is also a five with a bold plus.
At check-in, there was a huge queue at one counter and there was absolutely no queue at another (I did not understand why, it seemed not a business, although it could be it?). I bought tickets, but at home there are problems with the printer and I did not print them. Yes, I know you don't have to print e-tickets. But every time I am very annoyed when I do not have them in the printed form. I went to a free stand s7 and asked to print it out. We printed it out for two flights at once, quickly, according to the passport, no questions asked. I was very pleased that they were not sent to this large queue. After me, again, no one got up through this window. Maybe I did something wrong? I still can't figure it out. I didn’t have to check in, my hand luggage up to 10 kg was with me - I went to the search.
I fly often as I now live quite far from home. It turns out to be only a little more expensive by plane, and much more convenient in time. I compared the prices and the S7 turned out to be the most profitable. The airline has its merits and demerits. The advantages of the company are, of course, their prices, the interesting recognizable design of the company and their ships will definitely not let you get lost or confuse something). Many directions are also pleasing to the eye, of course. Disadvantages - mediocre food on the plane, call center operators cannot get through, uncomfortable ships, gloomy staff.
