Repair of tram tracks on route 6 ending

The abundance of cars in the capital leads to the fact that many car owners change to public transport. Therefore, information on the schedule of its movement and routes becomes relevant. Indeed, for many, it is preferable to change from cars and get to work or a meeting without delay, using underground or elevated transport.

Trams in Moscow

And trams are becoming one of its most popular types. After all, they do not stand in traffic jams, so the risk of being late for work is minimized. Also, some people like to watch the landscape passing through the window, which is not something that metro passengers are able to do. By the way, many tram routes run through the old districts of Moscow, which allows you to combine a trip on business with a tour of the capital.

The tram is one of the oldest and most environmentally friendly modes of transport, the second type of passenger transportation after the horse tram. The grand opening of its first line took place on March 25, 1899, and on the 26th, the first tram in Moscow passed from Butyrskaya Zastava to. It was the one that today runs along route 6 (Krasnopresnenskoe depot).

On this occasion, in the electric park near Bashilovka, a prayer service was held with blessing of water in front of local shrines and the icon of the Savior Not Made by Hands. And there were so many people who wanted to ride on the new transport that not all could fit into the salon, so some had to be attached to the "tail".

Until 1912, trams still got along with the then popular horse tram, but gradually the advantages of the new transport became clear. Therefore, the coachmen were retrained to become carriage drivers, and trams gradually replaced the show jumping from the Moscow streets.

History of route number 6 in Moscow

Initially, in 1899, the route of tram number 6 in Moscow (albeit without this number yet) passed along the Leningradskoe highway from Petrovsky Park to Belorussky railway station... Over time, it was extended to Okhotny Ryad, from where it continued to Kalanchevka and further to Krasnoprudnaya Street, to the final stop in Sokolniki.

In 1944, it began to cover the north-west of the capital. The line stretched right up to the final stop at the Vostochny bridge, in then Tushino near Moscow. In the same year, the route was finally assigned No. 6.

In 1958, the line was extended to Zakharkovo, and in 1969 - to Bratsevo. This stop is the final one to this day.

In 1979, the ring was moved from the Sokol metro station to the intersection of Alabyan Street and Leningradskoye Highway. And the route remained that way until 2008. This year, due to the construction of a traffic intersection, the section of the route from Panfilov Street to the Sokol metro stop was temporarily closed. Today, after its completion, the tram runs again on full route from the Sokol station to the Bratsevo stop,

During the entire period of its existence, this line was constantly changing, or even completely ceased to exist. It is noteworthy that route No. 6 in Moscow was the first to test the modern type of PESA Fokstro tram. Today, the number of new transport on the line is constantly increasing, and after its complete renovation, new generation trams will go to other routes of the Krasnopresnensky depot.

Modern route number 6

No. 6 in Moscow has a total length of 12.6 kilometers, and the average travel time is about 46 minutes. The tram follows the following route:

  • Heroes Panfilovtsev Street;
  • Skhodnenskaya street;
  • Boat street;
  • Freedom Street;
  • Volokolamskoe highway;
  • Aviation street;
  • Volokolamskoe highway.

In the course of its movement, it passes 29 stops. However, it is important to know that on some of them he stops only depending on which direction he is going. For example, at the stop "Children's Hospital No. 7" the tram stops only when moving towards Bratsevo, and at the "Children's Plant" - if it goes to the Sokol metro station.

The route of tram number 6 in Moscow runs along interesting places... Some of them are worth paying attention to when traveling.

So, on the route from Panfilov Street to Pekhotnaya Street and from Akademika Kurchatov Street to the Pokrovskoe-Glebovo stop, tram lines run through the forest zone. And between the stops "MPS Hospital" and "Moscow Canal" they pass through the tunnel under the named channel.

Above Volokolamskoe shosse (on Tushinskaya street), the route runs along a special overpass inscribed in a traffic intersection. And between the Zapadny and Vostochny bridges, you can drive along the diversion canal.

Timetable

From June 26, 2017, the departure time of the first tram route No. 6 in Moscow, according to the press service of Mosgortrans, has been reduced. Now, on weekdays, the first tram from Bratsevo will depart at 05:22, and from Sokol at 04:37. The waiting time for transport on weekdays is 3-10 minutes, on weekends about 5-20.

The last tram departs from Brattsevo at 01:05, and from Sokol at 01:12.

The fare for today is 55 rubles one way.

Summarizing

Trams remain one of the most popular types today. land transport... The absence of traffic jams, the unhurried movement of cars, an interesting route and the presence of night routes for some of them enable passengers not only to quickly get to the desired place, but also once again drive through the historical districts of Moscow.

This is a good opportunity to see those sights of the capital, for which at normal times, especially when traveling by car, there is no time. Convenient operation, modern cars with a cooling system in summer and heated seats in winter, as well as a relatively short waiting time for transport and the absence of traffic jams on the way will make any trip fast and comfortable.

Tram route 6- the oldest tram route in the city of Moscow. And also the most old route public transport capital Cities. The movement is carried out from Bratsevo to the Sokol metro station. The route also passes by the Skhodnenskaya metro station.

Story

The first route of rail urban transport in Moscow with number 6, which appeared in the city in the 19th century, was a horse trail. By 1891, there were 11 horse-drawn tram routes in Moscow, belonging to the First Society of Horse Railways, among which was No. 6, which had a length of 3.43 km and went from the Ilyinsky Gate to the Rogozhskaya Zastava.

Tram route No. 6 appeared in Moscow in 1899. Initially, he walked from Petrovsky Park to the Brest railway station; in 1904 it was extended to Strastnaya Square, and in 1905 to Okhotny Ryad. In 1907, the route began to pass through the city center, from Petrovsky Park to Sokolniki. At that time, tram lines in Moscow had both numbers and names; the sixth number was called "Petrovsko-Sokolnicheskaya line" and had the following route: Petersburg highway, Pervaya Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, Tverskaya street, Strastnoy boulevard, Bolshaya Dmitrovka street, Okhotny Ryad, Teatralny proezd, Myasnitskiye street and passage, Kalanchevskaya street, Krasnoprudnaya street , Sokolnicheskoe highway with the terminus at Sokolnicheskaya Zastava. In subsequent years, the route changed many times, shortened and lengthened, completely canceled and reintroduced.

More or less close to the current state, the route of the 6th tram was received in the 1st year. He walked from Marina Raskova Square to the East Bridge.

Since October 25, 2008, in connection with the construction of a multi-level transport interchange near the Sokol metro station within the framework of the Bolshaya Leningradka project, a section of the route along Volokolamskoe shosse from the Panfilova Street stop to the Sokol Metro station (Alabyana Street) was temporarily closed (which affected routes 6, 15, 23, 28). The new terminus was the loop near the Voykovskaya metro station, where an additional track was built. The section to the Sokol metro station was served by a free bus route 028.

From April 25, 2009 until the end of the reconstruction of the tracks on Svoboda Street on weekends, the tram route was temporarily cut. These days he walked from Bratsev to the Eastern Bridge (along the route 6k). After the completion of the reconstruction, the route was restored.

Route 6k

In 1958, route 6k appeared for the first time in Moscow. It supplemented route number 6 and ran from Marina Raskova Square to the Eastern Bridge. In 1969, it was extended to Khimki Boulevard, and in the year it was canceled completely.

  • On the sections of Panfilov Street - Pekhotnaya Street and Akademik Kurchatov Street - Pokrovskoye-Glebovo, the tram goes through the forest. The tram crosses Vindavskaya street, although it is not visible (the street is not used, not even lit, the asphalt is about 20 years old).
  • On the section of the MPS Hospital - Moscow Canal, the tram passes under the Moscow Canal in a special tunnel. People walk in the same tunnel, although it is forbidden and very dangerous. However, on one side (to the center) it is less dangerous due to the distance of the track wall from the real gauge of the rolling stock.
  • On the Moscow Canal - Tushinskaya Ulitsa section, the tram passes over the Volokolamskoye Highway along a special tramway overpass inscribed in the traffic intersection.
  • On the Vostochny Most - Zapadny Bridge section, the tram follows the Skhodnensky derivation canal.
  • The "East Bridge" ring is single-track. A U-turn is possible both from the side of Bratsev (since 1988; 6k is used), and from the opposite side (since 1944). The ring is located on the banks of the derivation channel. One of the few places in Moscow where the stop takes place right at the turnout switch. There also (not always) the sediment of the training tram 0303.
  • Since the appearance of the tram in Tushino, it has never changed its number.
  • During the repair of the tracks on Svoboda Street, he did not have access to the depot.
  • Due to the inconvenient arrow at the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo stop (formerly Children's Combine), trams on route 6k to the depot follow a very difficult route: to Bratsevo (6k), then to Sokol (6), then to Tallinskaya (15 ) and only from there to the depot.

An excerpt characterizing Tram number 6 (Moscow)

When she said this to him, he didn’t reply, he just bent down and showed everyone once again his smile, which didn’t say anything, except this: "Opinions are opinions, and you see what a kind and nice guy I am." And everyone, and Anna Pavlovna, involuntarily felt this.
Prince Andrew went out into the hall and, putting his shoulders to the footman who was putting on his cloak, listened indifferently to the chatter of his wife with Prince Hippolytus, who also went out into the hall. Prince Hippolytus stood beside a pretty pregnant princess and stubbornly looked straight at her through his lorgnette.
“Go, Annette, you’ll catch a cold,” said the little princess, saying goodbye to Anna Pavlovna. - C "est arrete, [Resolved,]" she added quietly.
Anna Pavlovna had already managed to talk with Liza about the matchmaking, which she started between Anatole and the sister-in-law of the little princess.
“I hope for you, dear friend,” said Anna Pavlovna, also quietly, “you will write to her and tell me, comment le pere envisagera la chose. Au revoir, [How the father looks at the case. Goodbye,] - and she left the hall.
Prince Ippolit went up to the little princess and, bending his face close to her, began to say something to her in a half whisper.
Two footmen, one a princess, the other his, waiting for them to finish speaking, stood with a shawl and a coat and listened to them, incomprehensible to them, French talk with such faces, as if they understood what was being said, but did not want to show it. The princess, as always, spoke smiling and listened laughing.
“I’m very glad that I didn’t go to the messenger,” said Prince Ippolit: “boredom… It's a wonderful evening, isn't it, wonderful?
“They say that the ball will be very good,” answered the princess, pulling up her lip with a mustache. “All the beautiful women of society will be there.
- Not all, because you will not be there; not all, ”said Prince Ippolit, laughing joyfully, and, seizing the footman’s shawl, even pushed it and began to put it on the princess.
From embarrassment or deliberately (no one could make out this), he did not give up for a long time when the shawl was already put on, and seemed to embrace a young woman.
She gracefully, but still smiling, pulled away, turned and looked at her husband. Prince Andrew's eyes were closed: so he seemed tired and sleepy.
- You are ready? He asked his wife, looking around her.
Prince Hippolyte hastily put on his coat, which, in a new way, was longer than his heels, and, getting confused in it, ran to the porch after the princess, whom the footman was putting into the carriage.
- Princesse, au revoir, [Princess, good-bye,] - he shouted, confused by his tongue as well as his legs.
The princess, picking up her dress, sat down in the darkness of the carriage; her husband was adjusting his saber; Prince Ippolit, under the pretext of serving, interfered with everyone.
- Pa, sir, sir, - prince Andrei turned dryly and unpleasantly in Russian to Prince Ippolit, who was preventing him from passing.
“I’m waiting for you, Pierre,” said the same voice of Prince Andrey affectionately and tenderly.
The postilion started, and the carriage rattled its wheels. Prince Hippolytus laughed abruptly, standing on the porch and waiting for the Viscount, whom he promised to take home.

“Eh bien, mon cher, votre petite princesse est tres bien, tres bien,” said the Viscount, sitting in the carriage with Hippolytus. - Mais tres bien. He kissed the tips of his fingers. - Et tout a fait francaise. [Well, my dear, your little princess is very sweet! Very sweet and perfect French.]
Hippolyte laughed with a snort.
“Et savez vous que vous etes terrible avec votre petit air innocent,” continued the Viscount. - Je plains le pauvre Mariei, ce petit officier, qui se donne des airs de prince regnant .. [Do you know, you are a terrible person, despite your innocent appearance. I feel sorry for the poor husband, this officer who poses as a sovereign person.]
Hippolytus snorted again and said through his laughter:
- Et vous disiez, que les dames russes ne valaient pas les dames francaises. Il faut savoir s "y prendre. [And you said that Russian ladies are worse than French ones. You have to be able to take it.]
Pierre, having arrived ahead, like a man at home, went into Prince Andrey's study and immediately, out of habit, lay down on the sofa, took the first book he found from the shelf (these were Caesar's Notes) and began, leaning back, to read it from the middle.
- What have you done with m lle Scherer? She’s going to be completely ill now, ”said Prince Andrei, entering the study, and rubbing his small, white hands.
Pierre turned his whole body, so that the sofa creaked, turned his lively face to Prince Andrey, smiled and waved his hand.
- No, this abbot is very interesting, but he doesn’t understand the matter that way ... In my opinion, eternal peace is possible, but I don’t know how to say it ... But only not with political balance ...
Prince Andrew was apparently not interested in these abstract conversations.
- You can't, mon cher, [my dear,] everywhere say whatever you think. Well, well, have you finally decided on something? Will you be a cavalier or a diplomat? - asked Prince Andrey after a moment's silence.
Pierre sat down on the sofa, tucking his legs under him.
“You can imagine, I still don’t know. I don't like either one or the other.
- But you have to decide on something? Your father is waiting.
From the age of ten, Pierre was sent abroad with the tutor by the abbot, where he stayed until the age of twenty. When he returned to Moscow, his father dismissed the abbot and said to the young man: “Now you go to Petersburg, look around and choose. I agree to everything. Here's a letter to Prince Vasily for you, and here's your money. Write about everything, I will help you in everything. " Pierre had been choosing a career for three months and did nothing. Prince Andrew spoke to him about this choice. Pierre rubbed his forehead.
“But he must be a Mason,” he said, meaning the abbot he had seen at the party.
- All this is nonsense, - Prince Andrey stopped him again, - let's talk better about the case. Have you been in the Horse Guards? ...
- No, I wasn’t, but this is what came to my mind, and I wanted to tell you. Now the war is against Napoleon. If it were a war for freedom, I would understand, I would be the first to enter the military service; but help England and Austria against greatest man in the world ... it's not good ...
Prince Andrew only shrugged his shoulders at Pierre's childish speeches. He pretended that such nonsense should not be answered; but it was really difficult to answer this naive question with anything other than what Prince Andrey answered.
“If everyone fought only for their own convictions, there would be no war,” he said.
“That would be great,” said Pierre.
Prince Andrew chuckled.
- It may well be that it would be wonderful, but it will never be ...
- Well, why are you going to war? - asked Pierre.
- For what? I do not know. It should be so. Besides, I'm going ... - He stopped. - I am going because this life that I am leading here, this life is not for me!

A woman's dress rustled in the next room. As if waking up, Prince Andrey shook himself, and his face assumed the same expression that it had in Anna Pavlovna's drawing room. Pierre swung his legs off the sofa. The princess entered. She was already in a different, homely, but equally elegant and fresh dress. Prince Andrew got up, politely moving her armchair.
- Why, I often think, - she began to speak, as always, in French, hastily and busily sitting down in a chair, - why Anet did not get married? How stupid you are, messurs, that you didn't marry her. Excuse me, but you do not understand anything about women. What a debater you are, Monsieur Pierre.
- I argue everything with your husband; I don’t understand why he wants to go to war, ”said Pierre, without any hesitation (so common in the relationship of a young man to a young woman) addressing the princess.
The princess perked up. Apparently, Pierre's words touched her heart.
- Ah, here I am saying the same! - she said. - I don’t understand, I absolutely don’t understand why men cannot live without war? Why do we women want nothing, we do not need anything? Well, here you are, be the judge. I tell him everything: here he is uncle's adjutant, the most brilliant position. Everyone knows him so much, so much appreciates him. The other day at the Apraksins' I heard a lady ask: "c" est ca le fameux prince Andre? " Ma parole d "honneur! [Is this the famous Prince Andrew? Honestly!] She laughed. - It is so accepted everywhere. He can very easily be an aide-de-camp as well. You know, the sovereign spoke to him very graciously. Anet and I said it would be very easy to arrange. What do you think?
Pierre looked at Prince Andrew and, noticing that his friend did not like this conversation, did not answer.
- When are you going? - he asked.
- Ah! ne me parlez pas de ce depart, ne m "en parlez pas. Je ne veux pas en entendre parler, [Ah, don't tell me about this departure! I don't want to hear about it,]" the princess spoke in such a capriciously playful tone as she talked to Hippolyte in the living room, and who obviously did not go to the family circle, where Pierre was, as it were, a member. ”Today, when I thought that all this dear relationship should be terminated ... And then, you know, Andre? She blinked significantly at her husband, "J" ai peur, j "ai peur! [I'm scared, I'm scared!]" She whispered, shuddering her back.
The husband looked at her in such a way, as if he was surprised to notice that someone else, besides him and Pierre, was in the room; and with cold courtesy he turned inquiringly to his wife:
- What are you afraid of, Lisa? I can't understand, ”he said.
- That's how all men are selfish; everyone, everyone is selfish! Because of his own whims, God knows why, he throws me, locks me in the village alone.
“With your father and sister, do not forget,” said Prince Andrey quietly.
- All the same, alone, without my friends ... And he wants me not to be afraid.
Her tone was already grumpy, her lip rose, giving her face not a joyful, but a brutal, squirrel-like expression. She fell silent, as if finding it indecent to talk about her pregnancy in front of Pierre, when that was the essence of the matter.
- All the same, I did not understand, de quoi vous avez peur, [What are you afraid of,] - Prince Andrey said slowly, not taking his eyes off his wife.
The princess blushed and frantically waved her hands.
- Non, Andre, je dis que vous avez tellement, tellement change ... [No, Andrei, I say: you have changed so much ...]
“Your doctor tells you to go to bed earlier,” said Prince Andrey. - You should go to sleep.
The princess said nothing, and suddenly the short, mustache-like sponge trembled; Prince Andrey, getting up and shrugging his shoulders, walked across the room.
Pierre looked in surprise and naivety through his spectacles now at him, now at the princess and stirred, as if he also wanted to get up, but again hesitated.
