The wheel was opened on November 18th. I was not present, but I managed to catch a glimpse of it.
There are 32 cabins on the wheel (of all Chelyabinsk wheels - the most a large number of). Since the wheel is not very large, with so many booths it seems bulky and dangerous.
Tickets
The cashier is located near the wheel. The room is not well thought out. The cashier's window is right next to the door. It turns out that the incoming person stumbles upon the person buying the ticket and has to stand in the doorway and wait for him to leave.
A magnetic card serves as a ticket.

An adult ticket on weekdays costs 150 rubles, on holidays - 220.

Riding a wheel
I experienced the new Ferris wheel on November 30th. It was morning, about minus 10. It was cold. The cabins are heated, but the working day has just begun, and they are not yet fully warmed up.
The door to the cabin opens like a compartment. From the inside - it does not open.
The cabin is transparent, with LED lighting edging.
There is a heater inside, and it is very warm, especially near the apparatus.
There are two benches and a small table. Sit comfortably, comfortably.

What I saw gave me a little shock. What a gray and dull our city. Yes, Southern Urals- this is not the North Caucasus ...
Perhaps, on a sunny day in summer it will be interesting and beautiful. I watched the gray gloomy buildings and the smoking chimneys of an industrial city. Not very interesting.
But I managed to pull myself together. And after the summit, the fear was gone. And then it became completely boring. The wheel goes around in about 15 minutes, which is quite a long time.
Will this skating delight? No.
