He did not have a map (in my experience at the reception they try to draw everything as much as possible for you), he could not draw on a piece of paper either, then he pretended not to understand me at all and only kept repeating "minus two" (it is surprising that the other staff, at the airport (and in Europe) there were no problems understanding my English). As a result, the second receptionist, Christina, came up and called the spa so that the spa receptionist would meet me at -2m. By the way, even above the entrance to the spa there was no sign that this was it. The same Andreas the next morning issued a transfer to my number, as if I had a check-out. Moreover, the surname is not mine, the date of departure is not mine. I had to go to the reception, give a notice, receive an apology (but not from him, but from the manager). In general, the question of the adequacy of this person remains open. 2. Cockroaches in the bathroom. 3. Food ... a small assortment of fruits and really tasteless: unripe kiwi, plastic apples ... Otherwise, there is something to eat, but this is not the level of an honest resort four. Total: I was in Crete, also in the "four". Heaven and earth, it is clear, in whose favor.
Sea! Pure, warm, just wonderful! The beach is peculiar: entering the water is a separate quest, the stones are chipped and slippery, you need to be careful. But on the other hand, its own and quite large (I heard from the overseers of Cyprus that there are not very many beaches in Paphos at all). The rather large bathing area is separated from open sea a powerful ridge of breakwater stones, something like a harbor has been made. There you can comfortably swim and dive, there is enough space and depth. The sea is restless (it was at the end of September), if you want to swim in open water, you need to get over the breakwaters mega-neatly, they are sharp and slippery, and only in certain places(watch that there is no large run-up of water, the head of the surf is incredible in the wind). And it is better to do this with more or less calm, otherwise the surf can drag over these stones: abrasions and bruises are guaranteed. The room is not bad, cleanliness (diligent and responsible maids), everything you need is there. Convenient infrastructure - everything is at hand (beach, restaurant nearby, where you can dine, bars nearby - 2 pieces, you can drink soft drinks right on the beach). Conveniently organized breakfast / dinner (buffet). The prices seemed comfortable. All types of water activities (scooter, banana, parachute, wakeboard, skiing) - order right on the beach. Mostly very friendly and helpful staff (there are also Russian speakers, if anyone cares). And yes! Spa services! Massage is just beyond the expected!

We went from April 10 to April 21, 2013, just at the end of March, the hotel finished another renovation. For a long time, as always, we chose a hotel and, in general, were slightly afraid to go to Cyprus when there is a crisis, and even April - even though everything is green there, but still not the season (they explained to us that the season opens on May 1). However, the fears were in vain. Being reinsured, we took cash with us (cards just in case), there were many tourists from different countries, the weather is good (although it was raining, apparently, the last one already), the wind was still cool (but it’s like someone else, I’m always freezing))), the water in the sea was also not warm, but people were swimming, mostly Russians. And now in more detail and in order.
We flew from Domodedovo. Everything would be fine, but they were obviously digging in the bags. And this is not in Paphos, but in Moscow. Because we received the bags in Cyprus immediately. The young man had a bag ajar, but in my suitcase all the cosmetics bags were gutted - that is, they did not even bother to hide their tactlessness. Very unpleasant. So, taught by sad experience, on the way back we wrapped our bags. Costs € 10 per bag, including luggage loss insurance.
Natalie Tours was greeted well. Noted, they put me on the bus. BUT! The representative did not go with us, stayed at the airport. Although, no matter how much I traveled, the meeting party always accompanied the tourists, giving detailed information, talking about the country, in general, spending sightseeing tour and helping with check-in at the hotel. It was not important for us, but maybe it matters to someone.
Then, as expected, we are taken to hotels. On my part, there were fears that by mistake we could be accommodated in the St. George Gardens. These hotels are located on the same territory and the photos are the same in the brochures (except for the rooms). After reading reviews of this hotel, I didn't really want to get there. But as I understand it, itour doesn't seem to have tours there, and on the Natalie Tours website, these two hotels still differ. The confusion arises from the similarity of the names: St. George and St. George Hotel spa & golf beach resort- this is the same hotel, the review to which I am writing, and whose photos are posted, and St. George Gardens is a different hotel. I hope I haven't confused anyone))
When checking in, fill out the form (there is not much), the number had to wait. They gave us a room overlooking the driveway and ravines .... (we took the Standard room in advance). You understand that I would not like to stay there. Changed to sea view (side) and interior amenities (pool, etc.) at the reception. Costs € 10 per day. That is, in 11 days we paid 110 €. The room has a small refrigerator, safe, hairdryer (which slides out of the table and has a short cord, which is not very convenient), kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, TV. There are Russian channels. The rooms are all after renovation, they even smelled like decoration. A couple of times, however, the bathroom was dripping from the ceiling - they approached the reception. As a result, only on the third day they came to us and fixed everything. With regard to Wi-Fi. Come to the reception, ask for a password that can be activated only on one device. So if there are two of you and everyone wants their own Internet, take two passwords. You can change it after 7 days. WiFi, in theory, should be both in the hotel lobby and in the room. On the first day, it was so. However, later in the room, the Internet was not connected to us. I had to go out into the hall. Three times we went to the reception to do something, and other vacationers also complained, however, all our 11 days we were limited in such a service.
The food was half board. If you come across a review that the breakfasts are monotonous - do not be discouraged. Yes, they may be repeated from day to day, but there is everything that normal people can eat for breakfast! These are sausages and eggs in in different ways, and cereals, bread, croissants, rolls, cereals, pancakes, etc. I have not yet met people who can eat cuts of meat, pasta and the like for breakfast. With dinner, the situation is more complicated, since there are already paid drinks. A glass of juice costs 2.50 €, a liter bottle of still water 2.60 €, we took a bottle of wine for 13 € to taste. You can take a glass, or a small bottle. The amounts are written to the room, and when you want, you can pay at the reception. At dinners, everything is sooooo tasty and very much))
There is a beach. Small. But there people don't lie - it's blowing strong wind... There are sun loungers a little higher, sunbathing there. The water was clean, but it was still cold. I only once dared to swim, although people were swimming (mostly Russians). By the way, there are a lot of English, Americans, French in the hotel.
Of the services at the hotel free of charge hammam, sauna, swimming pool, gym, table tennis. It costs billiards and air hockey, but for a fee, as far as I remember, 2 € and 1 €, respectively. Towels for the beach and pool are given in the same place in the SPA center.
The room was cleaned every day - there is no need to wait for anything supernatural. Clean up well. Garbage is thrown away, floors are washed, towels are changed, beds are made, shower supplies are put in. Reviews like "the bed is changed every 3 days" I do not understand! You might think that such people at home lay fresh bedding every day! We had a case when on the stones on the beach a young man slipped and got hurt, blood started flowing by itself. It just so happened that the bed got dirty. So the next day everything was changed for him. Well, since we are not for 7 days, but for 11 days, then I also got a weekly change of linen. So everything is good in this regard! Left on the bed for 1 € and 2 € as a token of gratitude.
About entertainment programs I can't say much, we didn't go to them. But there is also karaoke and live performances - they perform songs to the accompaniment of a piano, and magic tricks, etc. It's after dinner. In bars, you can pay either in cash immediately, or, again, write to the room number.
I strongly advise you to rent a car, if possible. The distances are small and the places are interesting and worth seeing. Since we went out of season, we got a pretty big discount. We took a Honda Fit car, which according to the booklet costs 48 € per day, we were thrown off to 35 €. We took it for 3 days. The insurance is complete. In total, they gave 105 € for the car and 200 € as a deposit, which was then returned to us when the car was returned. As a representative of Natalie Tours told us, there are such minimum requirements as: either 23 years and 3 years of driving experience, or 25 years and 1 year of driving experience.
For those who use online check-in services, I advise you to print boarding passes (it was not needed at Domodedovo, but they were useful at the Paphos airport). The airport there is new, so not all services are used so extensively. We have suffered. As a result, we got into the general registration queue, but we were allowed out of the queue. But boarding pass in the form we used to see, we were not given, so everywhere we showed our printouts.
