Children's animation is normal, but there is something to compare with - the animators were not particularly interested in children, they just did "their own thing" and all the same to the reaction of the children. At breakfasts, it was somehow sad, a woman saved the situation, who immediately prepares scrambled eggs and pancakes on request, but it’s a long wait and a queue. Desserts are also so-so, that year I adored Napoleon and the type of baklava with nuts, they were then in every meal, and these were the best desserts, this year they were served only 2-3 times during my stay, the rest of the desserts are for my taste either overly cloying, or very specific. The watermelon was also not often: (And it was almost always windy at the pool upstairs, very cold after swimming. Near the children's pool below, the sun loungers are on top of each other, there is no way to move them, it is also uncomfortable. And when booking, we indicated that we were going to celebrate the day birthday, which was 2 days in advance on weekdays, so that we will be glad to receive a compliment, but upon arrival, this fact was ignored.

Sand beach! Here are the most beautiful and good sandy beaches of our coast. The SeaBreeze beach is equipped with sun loungers, awnings, a children's area with toys is fenced under a canopy - it is very convenient to sunbathe while the child is playing. The only thing is that it takes a long time to go into the water to the normal depth. Actually, this is the main point why we chose this hotel. Well, in general, three meals a day are not bad. We couldn't relax on the beach either; a rather sluggish animator worked for several days with very stupid music that played in a circle, and which everyone had to listen to. About two hours in the morning it felt like .. We tried to crawl away with the sun loungers to the side where there was no one, but a man came up from the hotel and said that it was impossible to be here, supposedly the territory of another hotel (we were near the water and there were no people at all !). There are people on the beach who smoke, but no one made a remark to them! Then I saw gobies in the sand. By the way, the curtain in the room was stained with cigarettes, although we were told that they do not smoke here. When booking and when talking on the phone, I clarified that we need a room with a view NOT of the pool, we need to be quiet. When we checked in, they tried to put us in a room overlooking the pool (be careful, every evening there is a muzon so that you can feel the bass with your internal organs even with the windows closed), I asked to change the room. When we entered, the room was adjacent, with a closed door. I asked a young man named Andrei if there would be audibility, to which he confidently replied: "No! And in general people will not come here soon!" Well, I believed it, and in vain. A few days later, a family with two children drove in ... you could hear everything, every sneeze. They did not ask for another number, it was already a couple of days to leave. I didn’t like the bracelets of the hotel, which they asked to wear, I scratched them several times. Dirty sand in beach dressing areas. Saw used feminine hygiene items, it's disgusting! For a week it was not removed.

We come here for the second time. The trip turned out to be spontaneous and we decided to choose a proven option, no surprises. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortable large beds, excellent bathrooms, where there is plenty of space and you can place all the cosmetics, a good hairdryer, varied food and a good choice of dishes, there are options for those who are on a diet and for those who do not deny themselves anything ... I personally did not have a good coffee machine at breakfast, that coffee, which is like boiled-frank slop. Good porridge in the morning, someone wrote that it was too sweet, everything was fine with us (I try not to use sugar), there was a cook who cooked fried eggs on the spot, and, it seems, pancakes. There was always enough space to sit, it is better to come to dinner later, there will be very few people. The cleaning is good, timely, they didn't even notice when they had time to change and wipe everything. The staff is polite, nice. It's great that the floors have hot and cold water coolers. The beach is not far away, you have to walk about 10 minutes, they put boards to your beach, very convenient. There is a shower on the beach where you can change. Plenty of space, a lot of sun loungers. In our time (early September) the sea was clean. Guided tours can be bought near the hotel. And in general, going to Anapa is not a problem, a taxi for the application is 280r in one direction. I remember that we ordered a transfer from the hotel last time for the same distance, it turned out 2 times more expensive. In general, for a family vacation, what you need, with children, I think it will be convenient.

    Conditions for the provision of individual transfers

    1. The Travel Agent is obliged to provide the Tour Operator in the Notes to the Application at least 5 working days prior to the transfer date in the Notes to the Application:

    1.1. customer arrival data (flight number, arrival time at destination, or train and carriage number, arrival time at destination)
    1.2. mobile phones of tourists.

    2. In the event of a delay or postponement of the flight (train), the tourist must notify the travel agent and the representative of the tour operator (the contact phone number of the meeting person is indicated in the voucher) about this in advance, at least 3 hours before the announced meeting time.

    3. In the absence of timely information, the receiving party delivers the transport by the declared meeting time, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

    4. In case of failure to inform about the delay or non-arrival of the client for any reason to the meeting point, the transfer is considered complete, the money is non-refundable.

    5. In the event of a delay or postponement of the flight (train), the expectation of tourists agreed by the parties vehicle with a driver is available for an additional fee.

    6. If the tourists have specified the wrong one in the order mobile phone or the subscriber's phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or at the railway station, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

    Minivan from 5 to 8 seats(Hyundai Starex, Volkswagen Caravelle, Toyota Noax, etc.) recommended if you have bulky luggage (suitcases, strollers larger than the trunk volume of a sedan-type car)
    Minibus from 9 to 16 seats(Toyota Hiace, Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, etc.)
    Instead of the ordered minivan / minibus, the Dolphin Tour Operator reserves the right to submit several cars for the transfer.

    IMPORTANT! Comfortable travel in a minibus with a maximum capacity of 20 seats - 15 people with luggage(since this minibus does not have a special luggage compartment).
    For groups of tourists over 15 people (with luggage) we recommend booking a bus with a larger capacity.
