• You cannot take food and drinks with you to the island. Before entering cable car the guards are checking all the bags, and even the water bottle will be taken away. The only exception is baby food (when visiting with a child): fruit purees, yoghurts, sliced ​​fruits. On the territory you will find many inexpensive cafes and restaurants where you can have a tasty and hearty meal.
• The cable car cabin can accommodate up to 8 people, but they usually ride half empty. Travel time to the island is 12 minutes.
• Don't forget to bring your beach accessories: towel, swimming trunks, swimsuit and sunscreen. If you forget something - do not worry, there are shops near the pools where you can buy the necessary things.

We heard about Vinperle long before our trip to Vietnam. Occupying half of Hon Che Island (Bamboo Island near Nha Trang), this giant amusement park is perhaps as famous as. Of course, you can fly to Nha Trang and live in a five-star hotel in Vinpearl right on the island. A room there costs $ 200-300 per night. This amount will include everything - food, entertainment, staff will blow dust particles off such a dear client.

But even a mere mortal can spend a day in paradise. You can buy a one-day ticket to the island, arrive in the morning by boat or funicular and leave after sunset. Such pleasure costs 450 thousand dongs ($ 22.5) for an adult and 350 for a child ($ 17.5). They also sell tickets that include only 1 trip - either to the island or from the island. They are cheaper - 380 and 300 thousand dongs. Such tickets can be bought if you want to use a canoe-taxi to return, which costs 130 thousand per person. UPD from 08/03/2016: Entry prices to Winperl have risen. 650 thousand dong ($ 30) is an adult ticket for the round-trip cable car + entrance to Vinperl for the whole day. Children's ticket costs 580 thousand dong ($ 30).

The funicular is located south of Nha Trang. If you want to save money, you can take the mysterious bus number 4(well, that's what they write on the forums). We preferred to rent a bike (100 thousand dongs per day - $ 5). I don’t know if we saved or overpaid on the contrary, but at the exit from Vinperl the scooter came in handy and helped us quickly take home the falling asleep Arina. But more on that later.

In the morning we sat in the cable car and began to look at Nha Trang from above.

The cableway is located 40-70 meters above the sea. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. All this time around is beauty. Somehow I even involuntarily began to compare with. I don't even know where the views are cooler.

When entering the island, do not forget to take free card Vinperla. Better to take two, so that there is a spare in case of loss or drowning in numerous pools. The amusement park is very large and it is better to plan in advance how to spend the day there. There are several main areas in Winperle: a water park, an aquarium, small shops, restaurants, swing-roundabouts, an indoor playground and an amphitheater with musical fountains.

The first thing we did was go to the water park. What else to do in the morning? Swim in the pools and ride the slides, of course!

We spent more than two hours in the children's area. It's pretty safe there, knee-deep water, Arinka in an inflatable vest was quite independent. A barrel of water, which overflows as it fills, especially delighted Sasha.

In Winperle, everything is great for children. Throughout the park, there are animal sculptures that attract little ones. Arinka sat in the hippopotamus for about 15 minutes, and then went to conquer the elephant.

Sasha tried all the slides in the water park, some of which are quite extreme. He liked the most black slide in Body Slide... It is also scary to go on a circle along this hill. The screams of tourists are constantly heard near it.

The laziest ones do not ride on slides, but on inflatable rings along an artificial river. We tried to drive a circle, but something didn't catch on. I wanted something more active.

Territory entertainment complex Vinperl- very green, there are many flowers and trees. Arinka even managed to find small wild mangoes. True, we did not dare to try them.

So we passed the time until dinner and went in search of food. There are fast food restaurants in every area of ​​Winperl. The menu is not very healthy, but you can still choose something suitable. Chicken rice, spaghetti, pizza, Vietnamese noodle soup. Dinner for three with drinks cost about $ 10.

Arinka ordered a Bolognese spaghetti. Here, I have a photo of how she eats them up. Towards evening we ate again in Winperl and my daughter ordered the same pasta, only in another fast food. At night, she had severe diarrhea - for the only time in six months of her life in Vietnam, she was poisoned by food. And it was in a five-star entertainment center Winperl ...

It’s not me that you don’t need to go to Winperl, but that food for children, of course, must be chosen very carefully. In the fast food outlets in Vinperl, food is not stored in refrigerators, but in conventional display cases. Naturally, by the end of the day, the minced meat in the Bolognese was already smelly. We should have been smarter and go to a nearby restaurant for fresh food..

After lunch we went to the aquarium. We have visited similar aquariums in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Winperl Oceanarium no worse.

At 10:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., the aquarium hosts a demonstration feeding for tourists. And at 15:00 the little mermaid show begins.

After the aquarium, we returned to the wet area and went to the famous Vinperla beach with white sand. It is brought here on barges in bags, and is mined 35 km from Nha Trang in the town of Kamran (where international Airport). The sand and mountains on the horizon reminded me of mine favorite place in Asia - Filipino. Does it look like it?

There are a lot of people on the beach closer to sunset. Russian speech is heard everywhere. Arinka dug up many cigarette gobies in the sand. Hey, comrades, have a conscience! The sand is brought here for 35 km, and you are too lazy to walk to the trash can and throw away the cigarette butt ?! I am sure that By the next morning, Vinperl workers will sift all the cigarette butts and the beach will be clean again, but why leave behind such disgusting ...

Closer to sunset, we finally got to the merry-go-round. It's great that Winperl treats adults with understanding and allows them to fall back on childhood.

Every evening there is a fountain show in Winperle: the water soars to different heights to the music and is illuminated by colored lanterns. We completely forgot about the show ... There were more important things - for the whole 2 hours! We hung out in a covered play area. Everyone did their own thing: I got toy hamsters out of the machine, Arinka fiddled with balls in the maze, and Sasha threw basketballs into the ring. Sometimes we got together and mastered computer dances.

Highly important information for parents: in the indoor play area there is a special room - the so-called kindergarten. Children's animators are on duty there, where you can leave your child (they write down your mobile number and call if something happens). There is also a children's bedroom where the baby can be laid down for a day's sleep. We found this wonderful place just before departure, so we didn't have to use it.

We left Vinperl at about eight in the evening. This is where the rented bike came in handy.

For 10 days I watched the sea and every minute I understood how wrong I have been living lately.

Vinperl is a separate island that connects, in my perception, Vietnam soaked through and through with natural socialism with the capitalist world, in which there is a place for thrilling entertainment sensations and a deep fear for one's life.
In fact, Winperl is a 200,000 square meter stretch of Hon Che Island (some sources spell it as Hon Tre), a resort owned by the first Vietnamese dollar millionaire Pham Nyat Wong, who made his money selling noodle soup in Ukraine. There are so many stories about its owner all over the coast that you gradually begin to get confused in them and simply imbued with respect for the person who has created such an aura of business secrecy around him.
The island of Hon Che used to be a prison and this is the smile of the Buddha - where human bitterness was contained, now human joy is produced in kilotons.
To get to Winperl, you need to get acquainted with the cable car, built in April 2006 (and opened only in March 2007), which is recorded in the Guinness Book of Records. Its length is 3320 meters, it is supported by nine pillars, at night it is illuminated by a laser system in the form of miniature Eiffel Towers.
When you go in an eight-seat cabin, your heart stops and catches your breath - from a bird's eye view, huge liners sailing to the port of Nha Trang for a day, and tiny boats seem to be painted on the blue sea surface with oil paints.
Hidden inside the island is a 5-star luxury hotel Vinpearl Nha trang , which includes 29 villas, a presidential and grand royal suite. I did not have time to get into it, since I should have come to the island from its very opening - from 9 o'clock.
I, to my shame, on the last day of the trip decided to sleep and ended up on Vinperl at half past twelve.
Who knew that the beauty and entertainment of Winperl is a sight, the admiration of which cannot be contained even in 8 o'clock!
If you were a little earlier, I managed to visit the amazing Chuk Lam Tinh Vien pagoda, built in 2009 on the top of the mountain and which is now the largest pagoda located on the islands of Vietnam. The pagoda is similar to the Chinese character and is famous for the eight-meter figure of the goddess Kuan Am Bo Tat, in whose hands a twig of a tree and a vase.
The pagoda is not open to visitors all day, but only for a few hours. If you have not come to admire it in the morning, you will have a difficult choice between other pearls of Vimperl land.
There is an artificial mountain on the island of entertainment, in which two floors of a unique underwater world are hidden. 300 species of exotic and rare fish, brought from all over the world, can swim over your head overnight as you move through the tunnel with the original escalator system.

And only the Russians cannot calmly enjoy all this beauty and, overtaking each other, run along the tunnel in order to overcome it as quickly as possible.

What I liked about Winperle the most is impossible to say. Go around the beach, which is both cleaner and cooler, and without the slightest waves, unlike the public, and you will find yourself in the Culinary Village with a lot of wooden tables, miniature bridges so convenient for photographing, with amazing views of the water surface.
Don't feel like romance? Welcome to a separate area of ​​the Fast Food Chain, where you will be offered the usual American, Swiss and Vietnamese burgers and fries.
But it is better to look here after visiting the only freshwater water park in Vietnam, otherwise there is a risk of embarrassment: extreme water slides are not for the faint of heart!
What is it like to experience a drop of 21 meters? Or feel yourself in a black hole? Ride at the speed of Formula 1? Ask - I'll tell you. Every time I went up to a new attraction, I asked myself "Why am I doing all this?", But I continued to compete with my boy friends, plunging wildly into new unforgettable emotions.
After such an inhuman immersion in fear, everything that later happened to me did not seem to me to be in any way scary.
In addition to the extreme entertainment zone, there were two more - family (beach) and children's (small slides).
There are also two places worth staying in - 4DX cinemas, where new films are shown every 15 minutes, and a huge room with all kinds of slot machines. Races, power strikes, basketball mini-nets, hammers ... Even for me, a non-lover of games, there were interests for almost two hours.
The electric sled is a special attraction in Winperl. Once sitting down, it is almost impossible to break away from the exciting almost kilometer-long high-speed adventure. Even huge queues are not scary. Automatics lifts you up the mountain, but down the steep and winding slopes - be so kind as to yourself. As a last resort, in order to avoid collisions, press the hand brake, otherwise you will fly out to the very seat belts somewhere in the bushes of wild plants.
And, of course, all kinds of swings, from which there can be both pleasant impressions and sickening ones. Personally, I really liked the sickening ones - it was so scary that I rolled twice. I would have rolled into the third, but something painfully much blood rushed to my head and it seemed already that my eyes would fall out of their sockets.
In the evening, after 6, those who are in no hurry can get to the daily performance at the Theater of Musical Fountains. Russian "Kalinka-Malinka", French melodies of Vivaldi, national Vietnam ... - all this will be performed by hundreds of illuminated water jets of different heights in front of an open "hall" with 5,000 seats.
