During her stay, Viktoria Mikhailovna contacted the service and interaction with guests with a message that she could not find a small box with a gift she had previously hidden under the bed. The service personnel immediately contacted the administrator of the economic service responsible for the building. An internal investigation was carried out, the maids were interviewed, the fact of finding the box in the room was not confirmed. Viktoria Mikhailovna was asked to call a security officer or the police, to which the guest categorically refused, saying that there was little value in the box, an insignificant thing.
