In order not to waste time, boat tickets can be bought on the website. You need Westminster pier, which can be reached from the metro station of the same name, from where the boats you need leave.

Greenwich

After the walk, take the subway and reach Canning Town, this will allow you to escape the crowds of tourists and enjoy the futuristic structures of the Great Barrier in a calm atmosphere or stroll through the Thames Barrier Park, which is located nearby. Now back to the subway to get to the station we need - Greenwich. Tired and your body needs nourishment? Then, without wasting a minute, we go to a British pub that has been opening its doors to its guests since 1837 - Trafalgar Tavern. Sitting at a table, perhaps just at the very same place where Charles Dickens once loved to sit, you can enjoy not only a delicious lunch, but also a view of the Thames.

After a delicious lunch, by law ... you are supposed to explore Greenwich. In general, to do exactly what we came here for. Here you can already do, as absolutely all tourists do, go to Greenwich Park to take a picture on the territory of the Royal Observatory, standing on the prime meridian. The main thing is to get there before closing (17.00).

Well, since you're here, take a walk down the waterfront to capture the Cutty Sark clipper, which once brought tea from China and wool from Australia long ago. Indulge in the pleasure of shopping for truly original items at the Greenwich Covered Market. Just don't get carried away, because the third day in London we will devote to shopping.

Well, and finally, go down the elevator or the stairs to the famous tunnel under the Thames.

The plan for Greenwich has been fulfilled, which means that you can go to have fun in the best entertainment establishments... As budget travelers, we continue to seek free entertainment. In the evening, blues lovers should definitely visit the “Aint Nothing But” bar and listen to live music for free. Also, for a nominal fee, or even completely free, you can enjoy the musicians' play in the “Birthdays” bar.

Day 3

We go for souvenirs, antiques and vintages at the most visited Portobello market in London in the Notting Hill area. Here you will find anything you want. If you've watched the Notting Hill movie starring the beautiful Julia Roberts, you will easily recognize this place and don't miss the opportunity to drop by the shoe store at # 142, where the travel guide shop was located in the movie. Bank cards are not particularly favored here, so prepare cash in advance to pay for purchases. Keep in mind that the street market is only open on weekends, but if you are planning to purchase antiques you can come any day of the week.

Borough Market

Today we will have lunch at the Borough market, so we go down to the subway and reach the London Bridge station. Here you can taste and buy fresh bread, fragrant sandwiches with meat, a ruddy pie with a filling, juicy fruits, a variety of vegetables, and all this at an affordable price for a budget traveler. Please note that the market is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 17:00. Address: SE1 1TL, Southwark street, 8.

No shopaholic will deny himself the pleasure of strolling along Oxford Street, where over 300 shops are concentrated. Everything you need to take the tube down to Oxford Circus. You can buy inexpensive items at Primark - 499 Oxford Street. Original and colorful T-shirts can be purchased at Lazy Oaf at 19 Fouberts Place. In general, all the shops on Oxford Street are at your disposal.

Chyna town

After your shopping, head off to find Wall 1888 in nearby China Town, where you'll find a giant bowl of rice. It is noteworthy that this bowl is made from glued together 1,888 photographs of China Town. Hint: To find this location you need to turn onto Macclesfield Street from Gerard Street. Now don't miss Horse & Dolphin Yard, this is the yard you need to enter. For dinner, stop by the cozy Leong’s Legend restaurant. You will find it if you return back to Macclesfield street. > End your London trip at the legendary MoS (Ministry of Sound) club, which offers its guests only the best sound and best tracks from the most popular DJs in the world. Price entrance tickets ranges from £ 10 to £ 22.

He was afraid that in two days he would be completely worn out, but nothing of the kind happened: he visited Culpepper, returned home and opened the parchments he had issued. I left the general part for later, ran through the list of required spells, missed the medical ones - I still can't figure it out myself, I thought that you could get hold of cleaning and disinfectants from Mom or Ginny, but I didn't go anywhere. The scroll lay on the kitchen table, pleasing to the eye, Ron drank tea and dreamed. It was necessary to make a list of questions, but Merlin is a witness, if a person is going to give a gift, he won’t ask in advance how this gift looks like and how much it costs?

Loneliness always worked on him somehow wonderfully, and after the war he could not cope with it at all - he wanted to be left alone and not left alone, but now he was not alone, but together with his, only his future, and sat and waited for it to come.

The appointment had been made at the Nizzle and the Cook Pub, one of the oldest in Diagon Alley — as Miss Miraflores explained, she wanted to feel the spirit of real England. Towards evening, Ron suddenly began to shake: he took a shower, changed his clothes three times, fiddled with a comb for a long time, and only in despair, having thrown it against the wall, he suddenly remembered: you are not going on a date, Ronald Weasley! It doesn't matter what you look like for this job! Hastily scribbled a few questions on the stub of parchment, decided that he could figure out the rest along the way, and dived into the fireplace.

The damn pub, which Ron had never been to, turned out to be not only old, but also unusually unsuccessfully located: right in the window where he first settled down, the sign "Weasley Wizards Horror" winked cheerfully. I had to change seats - the new place was not very convenient, opposite the door, but at least without a view of the store.

Sylvia appeared exactly at seven, firmly, like a man shook his hand, settled down opposite and announced that there would be beer and pie with meat and kidneys.

You never sent the owl, Mr. Weasley ...

Ron, he said, my name is Ron.

In that case, I am Sylvia, - she nodded, not at all surprised, - so, I conclude that your intentions have not changed?

Crazy, ”George breathed in admiration. He was here again, albeit not entirely, but he was.

Ron, your blatant irresponsibility ... is, of course, Percy.

Why irresponsibility? Sylvia interrupted. “I’m really an interested person, but I think ...

Percy tensed like a dog sensing a trail.

Interested? What is it?

Exactly, thought Ron, now it will grab and start shaking until it shakes out the whole truth to the last drop.

I found a job! New! he said hastily. - Sylvia was interviewing! On Monday they will say for sure whether they take me or not!

What is this work? Percy asked quickly. - Where and by whom?

Well, I guess Ron will answer himself when he sees fit.

Ron was torn again - between gratitude and irritation: it is difficult to remain calm when you are dissected like a frog in potions lesson.

That is why I did not speak! - he tried very hard not to scream, but still broke into a scream. - I didn't know for sure!

And you didn't want to come here yet, Percy, said George. - Now will you listen to me? To you, Sylvia, - he lowered his voice almost to a whisper and leaned towards her, - don't you think that my brother was simply going to hide this insignificant fact from us? Leaving the family to suffer in the dark? Perhaps you and I should exchange addresses - so to speak, to keep our finger on the pulse, hmm? You never know what else will get into his head ...

And then - Ron just couldn't believe his eyes - he really stretched out his hand and, as a witness, put it on her wrist, where the pulse is usually counted, and she ... she continued to sit as if nothing had happened. Ron sighed loudly - nothing had changed. Percy looked at them blankly through the glass of the mug. Ron realized he was blushing, but he kept staring, he just couldn't stop. He knew from Percy, whom he had somehow found, about the girls whom George had rented for the night, about Angelina, with whom he either had or did not have last spring, but like that, in full view of everyone! He breathed in and out again - and finally saw that Sylvia had withdrawn her hand.

Of course - St. Mungo's Hospital, to Dr. Miraflores, ”she said calmly. - Ron, if the decision is made earlier, send you an owl?

No, he said hoarsely. - No, don't, I'll come myself.

She nodded.

It was a lovely evening, gentlemen, but I must go.

And she got up, about to leave, - they jumped up after them, clattering chairs.

Kenny, put it on my account! shouted George, doing fine without any Sonorus.

Miss Sylvia, may I escort you?

Thank you, I'm right from here.

She smiled at George, nodded to Percy, said, "Until Monday, Ron," and took a step back and Apparated.

Ron began to recover a little. In any case, it dawned on him that now was the time to slip away quietly, and he started to move to the side, but four hands grabbed him from both sides, and a deceptively gentle voice sang:

Where are you going, Ronnie, kid? Do you want to run away again? Bad habit, Ronnie, and bad habits must be kicked out, the sooner the better! You want to come with us and tell everything, right?

They dragged him across the street, dragged him up the stairs to the apartment above the store. Ten minutes later, he was sitting on a hard chair in the middle of the room, with two pairs of eyes and two sticks aiming at his face.

Come on, Ronnie, hit it! said George.

What is this work? Who is this Sylvia?

What does Mungo have to do with it?

They were in vain, thought Ron. They were in vain.

Although how could they know? He passed his technique of conduct during interrogations at the Academy to be "higher than expected," and he had enough practice, not to be remembered by nightfall. Ron tensed, waited a couple of minutes to look, and began to inject in an exemplary manner, as in a textbook, trying not to lie unnecessarily and interspersing the streams of information with precisely calculated doses of requests and curses.

From his indistinct confessions it seemed that running through the woods after mindless creatures was sick of it, there were no prospects, there were no opportunities for translation, and it was a shame to ask Harry; that somehow by chance he met Patil, complained, she told about the request, well, off we go. Sylvia is recruiting, legally sitting in Mungo - you can make inquiries even tomorrow, but in general this is not a job yet, a course of study: the basics of healing, advanced enchantments, Muggle studies and Muggle techniques - and only then, after exams, they can offer a place. I didn't want to go out ahead of time, because the training was not in England, but in Switzerland, on the continent, and I would have to leave - I knew that they would begin to discourage me, so I was pulling.

It turned out smoothly, I liked it myself.

Well, let's say, ”Percy said finally. - Let's say. The explanation is acceptable, although I strongly disagree with your course of action, it is simply outrageous.

You are darkening something, brother, - said George, - I can't catch it, but I see that you are darkening. So so. Tell your parents at lunch on Saturday, and the rest of you ... Wait, and Harry? Harry knows?

Ron shook his head.

I'll take an oath from you ... Or not. Guard him, Percy!

Something with George? With you? Injured?

If you were hurt, you'd be the first to know, ”Ron said. - Everything is fine.

And what's that? - he shook his head towards the fireplace.

The easiest thing to do would be to repeat the same half-truth he just fed Percy and George. Ron made up his mind at all, and even opened his mouth when he realized that - no. Can not. Where he got it from, he himself did not know, but he was ready to swear by anything that it was not yet possible to tell the brothers about Somalia, and Harry absolutely needed it, right now.

He straightened up as far as the sofa would allow, tried to put his thoughts in order and began the report - as he usually reported to the operatives on the next completed case, consistently setting out the facts and trying not to miss anything: watch and boredom, Hebrides and Macbun, International Relations Department and Patil, Saint -Mungo and Sylvia, Geneva and the field hospital ...

Harry listened as only he could, absorbing not only the words, but also what was behind the words, and suddenly said:

Stop. There is one more person who needs to know about this.

Maybe we should not? Ron murmured, feeling in horror as he transforms from an Auror to a fourth-year sucker. - He will think of something else wrong ...

Are you out of your mind, Ron? Harry asked. - It's Hermione. She will understand everything. You know? Go to the kitchen, and without any Accio - fire whiskey in a closed cabinet, a key in the lock, glasses on the shelf.

When Ron returned and dumped the bottle and glasses on a low table, Hermione was already sitting on the couch, wrapping herself in a dressing gown from under which her pajamas were sticking out - a men's dressing gown, by the way, with the emblem of the Sennen Falcons, the club for which she played this season Crum. "I wonder where he pulled her from?" - Ron thought maliciously, ashamed and sat down.

As clearly as he was taught, he finished and waited for what would happen. They must have looked at each other behind him - Ron stared into the fire and endured, without looking up, until he heard the best sound in the world: Harry was pouring firewhiskey.

Hermione moved closer - Ron felt that she smelled not even of perfume, but of bitter men's cologne and someone else's bed - and asked:

Will you keep us posted, Ron? Will you write?

Harry shoved a glass into his hand and Ron finally looked at them.

For us! Harry said.

And they drank on the first, then on the second - for the fulfillment of desires, then, without clinking glasses, on the third - for those who no longer exist, then Ron for no reason told how he had pierced with the Parseltongue today, and they argued, maybe whether he speak the snake tongue, if Voldemort died, and Ron hissed a little, and Harry kept repeating that he wouldn’t, because he had forgotten how, then it turned out that the bottle ran out, and Harry brought a second one ...

After a while, Croom climbed out of the fireplace - this Ron remembered -, Ginny came down from the second floor, and only for Ron no one came, and he slept safely until morning on the beautiful new sofa in the living room of the Potters' house in Godric's Hollow.

We decided on the place of rest for 2017 at the very last moment. With an open Schengen visa, we already knew that it would be Italy again. We have long been attracted by the mysterious Venice, in a successful neighborhood the choice fell on Lido di Jesolo. I love Italy very much, a longtime admirer of Italian culture, cuisine, fashion, every time I open it again. So, the resort itself .... An indisputable advantage is the length coastline... I liked the beach very much, or rather the care local residents about him. The cleanest beach throughout the day, a wonderful path with cozy flower beds, cafes and benches, the organization of animation on the beaches for adults and children makes it the center of the resort. The beach regularly announces the schedule of events for the evening. The sea is shallow, for full sailing you need to go far fromthe coast. Only fellow countrymen swim nearby (for some reason, only Russians like to swim, the rest enjoy the knee-deep sea). In the evening after 20-00 all vacationers move to the next street with shops and cafes. I would like to say thank you to the municipality of the village, the organization of recreation is carried out at the highest level. On small squares, stages, screens, spectator seats are set up, and all kinds of competitions, concerts and screenings are held. During the week of our stay, we attended an international national dance competition, a competition for graduates of local music schools and a soulful concert of an Italian song. The northerners are very hardworking people, already at 7:00 am everyone is at work, the streets are clean, the village is well-groomed. Hotel. We stayed at the LONDON hotel. Convenient location (on the first coastline in the center of the village) allows vacationers to be in the center of events. The hotel is not new. I liked the service staff very much: the maids, who are not visible, but their work is tangible (cleanliness in the hotel and in the room, and towels renewed every day); the bartender (he is the soul of the hotel) - cocktails are a hotel chip; waiters - several times I watched the organization of cleaning dishes from tables, the guys are great professionals - and all the work is done with jokes. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious breakfasts and dinners. Fish at the highest level ... Rooms in the hotel, as elsewhere in Italy, are small. There was no refrigerator in our room, but there was a comfortable bed and excellent plumbing, which was enough for us. The uniqueness of the hotel in its proximity to the sea, I fell asleep for the first time to the sound of the surf. I want to draw the attention of potential hotel guests to paid air conditioning in the room, not everywhere on the sites there is this information. A 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is located shopping center Surname. Fruit, prosciutto, the best Proseco of Italy, everything can be purchased here. For shopping lovers, you can spend the ardor and money on clothes and shoes (I especially liked the store with household goods). There is a bus station near the center. Buses run like clockwork. During the rest, we independently settled Venice, Verona and the central part of the village of Lido di Jesolo. In general, the rest, as always, turned out to be intense, it is a pity that the extreme heat made some adjustments to the plans, could not visit the wonderful city of Padua. Once again I want to say thank you for your hospitality !!
