I traveled alone and had previously requested a room with one double bed, as a result I received it (for which thanks a lot hotel!). The room was overlooking the pool, no additional payment was requested for this. Just as they did not ask for a deposit for using the safe. The room is clean, the furniture is new, the renovation is fresh, there are hangers for things. There is only one channel on TV in Russian (Russia), and there is also a radio with modern music familiar to us. On the balcony, in addition to a table and chairs, there is also a dryer for clothes and clothespins. Convenient bathroom. There is no trouble. There are two shower heads in the shower: one is attached on top and one is slightly lower, it can be removed and you can wash it, for example, only your legs or your head - very convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily. Bed linen did not change every day (at home I also don’t change it every day and here I consider it superfluous). The breakfasts and dinners were quite good. Every day, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce), fruits (pineapples, watermelons, melons, bananas, grapes, plums, apples) and much more. I have never been hungry. It was delicious. As mentioned earlier, you must pay extra for drinks at dinner. About 7 minutes walk to the beach at a brisk pace, under a canopy - not hot, great! The PortAventura Park is 15 minutes at a brisk pace and 20 minutes if you go slowly. There is a small supermarket nearby, as well as the Bus Plana office with Russian-speaking staff. 1. In the room, even when checking in, there was dust and someone's hair on the floor. In the future, the floor was also not very much cleaned, or it was not cleaned at all. 2. Somehow they hung a "do not disturb" sign on the handle (they wanted to rest a little during the day), so the maid knocked on the door until we opened it! She spoke something in Spanish, did not understand anything in English, but we still did not let her into the room. It is necessary to somehow train the staff that if the guest does not want to be disturbed, then there is no need to do this. :-) Otherwise there are no complaints.

The check-in was quick, the nice man at the reception spoke a little Russian. Booked a superior room, there was a compliment from the hotel - a greeting card, a bottle of champagne and 2 bottles of water .. The room had a safe, refrigerator, TV, in the bathroom - gels, shampoos, body cream, a set of disposable toothbrushes, comb, shaving machine and brush. Gels and shampoos were replenished daily. The hotel has two swimming pools - one on the ground floor and the other on the roof, with a jacuzzi, waterfalls and water cannons. There is a bar near each pool. The food is quite varied. We had breakfasts and dinners, if you wish, you can change dinner for lunch. Drinks at breakfast are free, there was even champagne, at dinner - all drinks are paid, including water: a glass of wine - 1.60 euros, a bottle of wine - 8 euros, beer - 2.30 euros, water - 2-3 euros. Every evening at dinner there was a corner with food from a certain country, on the day of China there was sushi, on the day of Italy - a lot of different cheeses. Fridays were seafood day: mussels, shrimp, etc. Also, all the women at dinner on Friday were given a rose - it was incredibly nice! :-) I was also very pleased that there was ice cream at dinner every day. The hotel is perfectly located: to the beach - 10 minutes, to PortAventura park - 15 minutes on foot. Around the corner in Europe Square is located bus stop shuttle buses to the airport, as well as buses to the cities of Reus and Tarragona. On the street next to the hotel, you can buy a T10 card for 10 trips - it turns out to be more profitable than paying for each trip separately. In the hotel, about 80% are retirees from Europe, but this did not bother at all, they are all kind and sweet. Day and evening by the pool was entertainment, it was mainly these pensioners who went there. If you have a late flight, you can leave your belongings in the luggage storage room and continue to use the hotel and the pools. You can walk 15 minutes to PortAventura Park, to Salou station, to go to Barcelona in the same 15-20 minutes.

I would like a more varied animation, after all, both young families and middle-aged people rested in the hotel. Before this hotel, we rested in another 4 * hotel, in La Pineda, where drinks were included in the price of dinner (for the first time since visiting Spain, and this is my sixth trip to Spain), and the animation was more interesting.

The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, but quite close to the embankment and the sea, we walked for about 7 minutes. The breaks are always the same, but satisfying. I liked the dinners with a wide variety (we had half board), drinks were paid. The double room is small, but quite bright, modern, blackout curtains, comfortable beds, clean linen, so nothing stopped sleeping. The room was on the 5th floor, as I asked, overlooked the pool, animation (concerts) designed for ages 60+ ended at 23.30, sometimes around 12 at night, so the music was very audible, but it did not bother us, we used to 12 did not go to bed. Very friendly staff at the reception.
