Rest abroad at all times was considered the most expensive pleasure. But recently, tourists can travel abroad freely and the cost of such a vacation will be quite acceptable. Let's consider the most cheap vacation abroad 2018.

In this article we will try to provide you with a description of the most popular destinations among Russian tourists... Also, many may be interested in reading the information from the article: where to relax abroad without a visa in 2018.

Most Popular Countries

In Turkey any Russian feels at home and therefore many residents of our country prefer to rest in this country. Turkey is mainly a beach holiday with children on the Black Sea or the Mediterranean. You can also do inexpensive shopping here and naturally visit various attractions. Also, we must not forget about the entertainment, which is simply a huge amount in Turkey, and therefore every day a lot of nightclubs, discos, restaurants and bars await tourists here.

Vacation prices here fluctuate depending on the season, season and part of the country. For example, a tour to Antalya will cost about $ 200, to Istanbul - about $ 350, and to Kemer - $ 250. On average, a two-week tour for two can be bought for 1000-1500 dollars, and if you are lucky enough to buy a last-minute tour or go to Turkey in the fall, you can save up to 50% of their cost. Russian tourists prefer Turkey for a full-fledged vacation with an all-inclusive system, excellent climate, clear sea and numerous excursions.

Unfortunately for today, Turkey is closed to travel companies and many are tormented by the question of when Turkey will be opened. But you can go on vacation yourself.

Holidays in Egypt on the sea is the most traditional among the inhabitants of Russia, as this direction has long been "traveled" by Russian tourists. Here you can enjoy excellent service in hotels, warm climate, a huge amount of entertainment for only $ 250 for 7-8 days of excellent rest.

Warm Red Sea, gentle sun, All inclusive and, of course, the ancient pyramids- this is what many tourists come to this beautiful country with its ancient history and unique monuments of culture and architecture: the Pyramids, the eternal Sphinx and Luxor, which are visited by tourists, all this is worth going to this country on vacation. But this direction is closed, although there is information that flights will resume soon.

And, of course, there will be a logical question: which is better, Turkey or Egypt in terms of service, comfort, food?

Thailand no less popular than Turkey or Egypt, but in this country the high season begins in mid-autumn and ends at the beginning of winter. Therefore, if you want to purchase the most cheap tour then it is best to count on the month of April or May.

A voucher for a ten-day vacation will cost about $ 700-800. The cheapest vacation at sea in 2018 will indeed be in Thailand, since in almost any region of the country you can have a great vacation for 15-25 dollars a day. If you decide to go on your own, then on average you will need about $ 400 per month for accommodation with the condition of staying at a hotel in the center of Pattaya. But you can find rest and cheaper. On the island of Phuket, Chang, Koh Samui, Phi Phi, you can find a hotel room for $ 150-200 per month. And if one room is enough for you, then you can rent it for 80-90 dollars.

Thailand has very cheap food so you only need $ 100 a month for food. For $ 2 you can have a great lunch in any cafe, and $ 6 is enough for dinner in a good restaurant. And if you want to fill your suitcase with inexpensive things, then $ 100 will also be enough for you, without even bargaining.

The cheapest seaside vacation

Vietnam Is an incredibly beautiful place where you can find many untouched corners of nature. And even in spite of the ever-increasing popularity of this country, rest in it is still quite acceptable. So, for example, $ 10 per day is enough for one person to stay in a hotel, food, excursion programs and massage. And if you’re willing to spend $ 20 a day, you’ll be able to indulge yourself in nothing. Therefore, 400-500 dollars for an excellent 30-day vacation will be quite enough. But this is not counting the flight, since plane tickets are not included in this price (a direct flight will cost a little more than with transfers).

Read a useful informative article about comparing countries: What to choose - Thailand or Vietnam, Sri Lanka for quality inexpensive rest, excursions and entertainment?

Goa (India) is another popular tourist destination, as with $ 100 in your pocket (6,000 rupees) you can have a great rest and indulge yourself in nothing, especially when it comes to northern Goa.

The cost of a holiday in Goa for a European person is quite low, especially far from big cities and megalopolises. The most expensive vacation in Goa in winter, as the high season begins at this time, but if you buy a ticket in the off-season, then the tour with air travel at the time of the price drop starts from $ 400. But if you decide to go on your own and settle in an inexpensive guesthouse, as many young people do, you can save about 20-30% of your money. Goa is very popular among Russians due to its favorable tropical climate and recreation at almost any time of the year.

Abkhazia is located next to Russia and therefore many people prefer to go to this country on vacation, since for many it will be the most a budget option have a great time on the Black Sea. I would also like to note that Russians do not need visas and passports to go on vacation to Abkhazia and the journey will take a little time.

If you do not have a large amount of money, you can choose a vacation in the private sector, where prices for budget housing do not exceed 300-350 rubles per day per person. If you want more comfortable apartments in the private sector, you will have to pay a more significant amount - about 500 rubles. Meals per day in Abkhazia will also cost you from 500 rubles per day. Thus, it can be calculated that a seven-day vacation in this country without travel will cost about 5,600 to 10,000 rubles per person.

Holidays in boarding houses and hotels in 2018 will cost much more. So, for example, a double room in a boarding house or sanatorium will cost from 1600 to 8000 rubles per day. So if you are counting on inexpensive vacation in Abkhazia, then you will need an amount of 22,000 rubles for two. For 30,000 rubles for two, you can also see all the sights of this beautiful country.

Many Russians, we are sure, will be curious about the answer to the following question: Where is it better to have a rest - in Sochi, Crimea or Abkhazia?

But the cheapest vacation abroad by the sea is waiting for you in Bali and Cambodia... These countries offer the cheapest accommodation and food for tourists. In Bali, you can find great accommodations for $ 100 a month and the same amount for food for 30 days. The only drawback is a very expensive flight - about 1000 dollars!

Cambodia and Bali are not very famous countries for tourist rest, and therefore the question will be logical: Where are Bali and Cambodia?

And in Cambodia, you can find a room for $ 1.5 per day, and buying a delicious and cheap food, you will feel guilty for paying people so little. A visit to one of the most famous monuments of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the world - Angkor Wat will cost you only $ 5.

Exquisite relaxation

Sri Lanka or Ceylon Island has recently begun to enjoy great popularity among Russian tourists, as many want to relax in exotic places where beautiful nature reigns and there are many secluded beautiful places and unique cultural and historical sites.

And it is in Sri Lanka that you can have a great rest in an inexpensive beach hotel for 10-15 dollars a day. And here you can do the most different kinds sports: diving, surfing, fishing, kiteering, rafting, etc. But plane tickets here are not cheap, so it is best to buy tickets for charter flights or for connecting flights. Thus, you will need about $ 400-500 for a month's rest.

Greece Is the country of the ancient gods, the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea as well as wonderful scenic spots where you can relax with children at the most affordable prices. Halkidiki is a gem Aegean, Crete - the island of the legendary Minotaur, Athens - the capital of the country, Rhodes, Peloponnese, Attica, Paros, Corfu and many other islands and resorts of Greece attract many tourists from Russia. And they are all great for family vacation... On average, a vacation in Greece will cost you $ 250-350 for 7 days. Currently, this country is one of the cheapest countries where a Schengen visa is required, who want to fully enjoy the beach and sightseeing rest on the sea.

Cyprus cannot be called very cheap for recreation, but it is very popular among Russians. A ticket to Cyprus from Moscow will cost about $ 200 per person, but if you get a share of any airline, you can save from 30 to 50%. But living on the island is quite expensive. The cheapest room in Paphos will cost $ 30-35, but you can rent a room for $ 25-28 per day. Food in cafes and restaurants is also not cheap, so it is best to buy food in supermarkets, where there are various promotions and discounts.

If you choose where to relax, between the last two countries, we recommend reading the differences between them: Which is better to choose - Greece or Cyprus, for example, for a beach holiday?

Europe is a holiday destination

Portugal is a member of the Eurozone and therefore cannot boast of the same low prices as Asian countries. But the rest here is completely different. In this beautiful country, which is located in the south-west of the Iberian Peninsula, you need to go just to enjoy the taste of excellent seafood, Portuguese cherry liqueur - ginjin, port, and also to visit all architectural monuments Iberian culture of the country, one of which is the famous Belém Tower - a fort on the Tijou River in the homonymous region of Lisbon.

Accommodation in Portugal in an inexpensive province hostel will cost from $ 18 to $ 33 per day. A room in a three-star hotel will cost from $ 30 to $ 80 per day. And accommodation in a boarding house in Lisbon is from 13 to 28 dollars. Lunch in an inexpensive cafe will cost from 6.5 to 13.5 dollars, and one dish in an expensive restaurant will cost from 6 to 24 dollars. You will need about $ 50 per person per day, so the total cost of the trip will vary from $ 600 to $ 1000.

Let's try to objectively figure out which destinations to choose in summer and autumn for a long-awaited vacation and which hotels can be trusted.

Cyprus

The island of Cyprus has become the most popular destination among Russians this season. The mild climate, simplified visa process, Mediterranean food, European culture - there are many reasons for this. Antique Paphos, respectable Limassol or dynamic Ayia Napa, which is called the second Ibiza because of the incessant club movement - everyone will choose the direction according to their needs.

In Cyprus, on the one hand, everything is simple and clear, as in Turkey - almost everyone will understand you, even if you communicate in Russian; on the other hand, Cyprus is Europe, with its lifestyle and high level of service, and hotels in Cyprus, as a rule, are far from the concept of the classic "all inclusive".

The most famous hotel in Cyprus is Four seasons located near the center of Limassol. A luxurious hotel with a huge territory belongs to a private owner. After a recent renovation, it looks even more amazing. At the entrance, against the backdrop of the famous futuristic ball, which is lit with neon lights at night, crowds of tourists are photographed.

Four Seasons Limassol is located right by the sea - the hotel's own sandy beach is the most well-groomed area with lawns, lawns and quiet service. In a green area with gardens, terraces and fantasy pools, there are many bars, restaurants and cafes where the elite of the city gather for lunches and dinners. The best spa in Limassol - Shiseido - is also located here, under the roof of the Four Seasons.

The neighboring hotel is Mediterranean Beach 4 * - one of the most optimal options for choosing a holiday in Cyprus in terms of price and quality. Fans of glamor will find the Londa boutique hotel, where everything - from art rooms to creative presentation of dishes from the chef - is entirely aesthetics of the highest standard.

Turkey

Whatever one may say, Turkey was, is and will be the most popular destination among Russian tourists. Of course, first of all, Antalya or Kemer immediately come to mind of our compatriots, and every self-respecting tour operator will offer tourists thousands of options. Turkish hotels in these areas. However, it is wrong to think that Turkey is a country only for mass tourism. Some hotels in this area will give odds to even the most luxurious Dubai counterparts. For example, the oldest, most beautiful and most atmospheric city in the world, according to most reputable travel guides, is famous for its many luxury hotels. So, in May 2013, a hotel of the famous Shangri-La Bosphorus chain was opened in Istanbul. As you might guess from the name, the hotel offers the best view of the Bosphorus in the city - the fantastic beauty of the panorama has become the main plot of tourist souvenirs. Dolmabahce Palace is literally a stone's throw from the hotel, a few minutes drive is the elite district of Nisantasi, where boutiques of prestigious brands are located, as well as the best restaurants and city clubs. In addition to impeccable location, Shangri-La Bosphorus has many other advantages. Given its Asian origins, the hotel does not even try to appear European-style restrained and primly arrogant. Here, undisguised luxury is felt literally in every detail - from high-quality service (the staff is ready to fulfill literally any guest's desire) to the breathtaking chic interior and unimaginable table setting during dinner.

By the way, two of the most fashionable restaurants and best bar Istanbul is also located under the vaults of the Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel - IST TOO with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and the Cantonese Shang Palace side by side with the elegant Le Bar - the local lounge gathers the most glamorous crowd. For those who like to swim, there is a huge indoor pool, and therefore the Shangri-La Bosphorus can be visited even in the hottest summer. After water treatments, you can head to Europe's first CHI spa.

For those who still prefer classic Turkey with its vital hospitality and understanding of fun and comfort very close to our mentality, we recommend choosing hotels without fanaticism - for example, the famous Adam & Eve hotel in Belek can be a good option. - from all districts of Antalya, this one is famous for its spacious white sandy beaches, picturesque eucalyptus and pine forests and unique fauna. The Royal Adam & Eve Hotel offers the idea of affordable luxury - on 100,000 square meters there are several snow-white villas and the main 6-storey building, made in a futuristic spirit - at nightfall, the hotel burns with colorful lights.

Royal Adam & Eve is ideal for relaxing with a large company - a rich daytime program and parties until the morning with sets of specially invited stars of the world club scene - this kind of rest makes Belek a favorite place for young people. The hallmark of the hotel is a luminous bar counter 96 meters long. The design of the spacious rooms matches the external surroundings - minimalism, an abundance of glass, mirrors and plastic, multi-colored lighting.

UAE

In summer, in Dubai, as in all the United Arab Emirates, only extreme people have a rest - the thermometer here is often at around 50+. At the same time, at all other times of the year, you can hardly think of a more comfortable stay. Dubai is loved by those who are accustomed to comfort and appreciate the benefits of civilization - the tallest buildings in the world, the most luxurious clubs and restaurants, the most expensive cars and yachts - these are the signs of life in the popular emirate among tourists. At the same time, the choice of a hotel is complicated by the fact that when requesting “ the best hotels Dubai ”has a huge list of options, and almost all of them are of a really high level. Here is the famous "Sail" (Burj Al Arab), which is legendary, and huge skyscrapers in the financial center, and real palace Atlantis The Palm is the first and only entertainment resort of its kind in the United Arab Emirates, nestled in the heart of the legendary Palm island... The resort opened in September 2008 and is still a unique project and more than just a hotel. Atlantis is a huge hub, home to parks, shopping areas, the renowned fitness club with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and Dubai's most famous Aquaventure Water Park. Also suitable for honeymoon For both families and parties, the resort offers entertainment in all directions - here is one of the best nightclubs in the city, first-class restaurants (Nobu, Ronda Locatelli and Rostang), and fantastic spa clubs, and the famous Atlantis Kids Club , which will become a paradise for every child.

If you just don't want to, you won't have to leave the resort, especially if you have become a happy guest of one of the signature suites - the underwater Poseidon and Neptune, whose walls of bedrooms and bathrooms overlook the lagoon, or the huge Royal Bridge Suite, which occupies a record 924 square meters and connecting the east and west towers of the resort. In addition to the Arab sheikhs, this abode of luxury was chosen by the stars of the first magnitude. A special fan of the hotel is Kim Kardashian, who, of course, only stays in the most luxurious hotel room.

Another Dubai legend is the One & Only chain hotels. This brand is the first and foremost brand when it comes to exclusive relaxation and the ability to treat the most privileged guests. Here, the likelihood of meeting a world-class star is higher than anywhere else - celebrities know a lot about the world's best handling and the cosmic level of comfort. There are two legendary chain hotels in Dubai - One & Only Royal Mirage, which is located overlooking Palm Island and the Arabian Gulf, and One & Only The Palm, which, as the name suggests, is located on the famous man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Water taxis run between the hotels - for example, guests of the hotel on Palma can go to dinner at one of the 13 Mirage restaurants. However, the iconic feature of the hotel at One & Only The Palm is the restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno, one of the luminaries of the culinary world.

As for One & Only Royal Mirage, this hotel is called a real song of the Arab tradition to live well, but in the most elegant European sound. The Arabian palace is surrounded by the greenery of fantastic gardens, own beaches and golf courses. The vast territory resembles a real city and is divided into three sectors: the palace, the Arabian courtyard, and the ESPA residences / spa. Despite the fact that the One & Only Royal Mirage is proudly spread over a vast territory, it is not outside the city limits - from here you can drive in 10 minutes to the Emirates Golf Club and in 20 minutes to the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, the very tall building in the world and the main attraction of Dubai. Rooms here are also challenging - in addition to luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies overlooking the garden, they even have their own patios.

Another world famous Ritz-Carlton hotel chain is luxury at its best. Experienced travelers say: “Don't you know which hotel to choose in an exotic country? The best and safe option- The Ritz. These hotels keep their brand always and everywhere! ". In a word, "Ritz" - and "Ritz" in Africa. Of course, the Dubai Ritz-Carlton is a special story. Unlike soulless futuristic buildings made of concrete and glass, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai seems to be an oasis of beauty and spiritual luxury - local low-rise Mediterranean-style buildings against the backdrop of huge skyscrapers attract newlyweds and lovers under their arches - here the best place for wedding ceremonies and honeymoon. The most romantic hotel United Arab Emirates against the backdrop of skyscrapers it seems small and cozy, although this is only an illusion - a spacious terrace with white tents has become an entourage for hundreds of beautiful weddings. The hotel is also renowned for its ingenious adaptation of any cuisine in the world to its guests - be it Mediterranean, Arabic or Asian. A special pride of the hotel is the La Baie lounge overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Montenegro

Previously, vacation in Montenegro was considered quite democratic and unassuming, but today it is a prestigious destination where yachts moor, music thunders and pretentious clubs open. At the same time, it is quite possible to find both adventure and solitude in Montenegro - the pristine beauty of nature, the purest Adriatic Sea and a special European flavor create conditions for escape, including from reality. The most popular destinations for holidays in Montenegro are Dobro Voda, Becici, Budva, Petrovac, Tivat and Kotor. The area of the Old Town has survived to this day almost in a medieval form, and in Budva it is more compact than, say, in Kotor. Stone buildings historic center Budva overlooks the yacht marina - and if you wish, if you are not afraid of the noise and influx of tourists, you can find apartments right in the Old Town.

Going to Montenegro, most tourists book apartments - this is the format of recreation that allows you to immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of this amazing country. In addition, in addition to renting, many of our compatriots choose Montenegro for the purchase of housing - a high standard of living and relatively low prices make your stay here very comfortable. From the simplest and most affordable room options in coastal areas to high-end developments like the Dukley Gardens luxury residences complex, there are options for all tastes.

in Russia, said DK. RU on the main trends in the development of the tourism market that will take place throughout 2016. In addition, the expert made a forecast which directions will become the most popular after the ban on flights to Egypt and the suspension of sales of tours to Turkey.

1. Domestic tourism is our everything

According to the Momondo metasearch, in 2015 the popularity of routes within Russia increased by 49%, while the demand for international routes increased by only 5%. Among the leaders are Sochi (+ 67% by 2014) and Simferopol (+ 61% by 2014). In 2016, these cities ranked fourth and sixth in the top 50 in-demand destinations.

“This trend is strengthened by fluctuations in the foreign exchange market, lower prices in comparison with foreign prices and the development of the tourism industry in the regions, which will continue next year. In turn, he offered to stimulate Russians to vacation in their country with the help of a social tax deduction, which allows you to return part of the amount for organizing recreation. If adopted, this measure will open up even more opportunities for the development of the Russian expanses, ”Momondo experts say.

Meanwhile, according to ATOR, travel domestic routes will also be accompanied by additional spending. Executive Director The Association noted:

“In all our regions, they said where the tourists will go now, of course, they will come to us in the summer. In this regard, an increase in prices was predicted. Accommodation objects were ready to raise their prices by 20-30%. There is inflation, let's be careful, in the amount of 15%, that is, an increase in prices next summer compared to the previous summer by at least 15%. We think this is inevitable. "

2. Interest in "budget Europe"

Russians do not intend to completely abandon trips to their beloved Europe, even against the backdrop of ever new euro records. More budget destinations in Eastern Europe will become popular in 2016. So, for example, interest in Budapest has already increased by 17% in 2015 compared to 2014, in Warsaw - by 14%.

3. Unexplored near abroad

In 2016, the popularity of neighboring countries will grow.

“These directions attract our compatriots with prices, delicious cuisine and interesting historical sites. Georgia, Moldova, Armenia and Azerbaijan are becoming especially in demand: in 2015, compared to 2014, the demand for travel to Tbilisi increased by 33%, to Chisinau - by 29%, to Yerevan - by 17%, in Baku - by 16 %. This trend will only intensify in 2016, ”says Irina Ryabovol.

4. Alternative beach destinations

After the ban on flights to Egypt and the suspension of sales of tours to Turkey, the desire of Russians to spend their holidays on the beach has not diminished. Now tourists are looking for new, alternative destinations. According to momondo's forecast, budgetary Bulgaria, which is going to reduce visa fees for Russians, and visa-free Israel, Montenegro and Cyprus will be in demand especially in the coming year.

« Beach vacation attracts Russian tourists not only in summer, but also in winter, so they have long been interested in exotic Asian destinations. It is noteworthy that Thailand, which is invariably popular with Russians, is gradually losing its position and fading into the background. So, in 2015, the demand for flights to Phuket decreased by 17%, to Bangkok - by 30%, and to Pattaya - by 41%. But flights to Sri Lankan Colombo and Vietnamese Nha Trang have become more in demand by 10% and 22%, respectively, ”Momondo experts say.

5. Self-planning

Another important trend that will be clearly seen in 2016 is independent tour planning, without the help of a travel agency. The number of independent travelers increased by 20% in 2015 compared to 2014.

“Separate booking of hotels and air tickets is often cheaper than a tour package, which in the current reality is especially important for many tourists. In addition, this type of recreation allows you to create a fascinating and often more extensive route yourself and visit beautiful and little-traveled places, ”adds Irina Ryabovol.
