1. ACCOMMODATION AND HOTEL
In almost all hotels, check-out at 12-00, check-in at 14-00. This is a normal practice even in Europe, you shouldn't be surprised! If you want to check in earlier - be prepared and pay extra for it. Spending $ 1,000 or more - and sitting half a day at the reception to save $ 10 - is stupid, you must admit!
We arrived at the hotel at about midnight and settled us almost immediately. BUT! As we found out later, there is such a practice in the hotel: everyone is immediately accommodated in very bad, most distant rooms and waits for tourists to come with a request to move them to another room. They ask for $ 10 for this. Get ready for this.
We had a Standard room ordered. During registration, we asked for a Family number with a surcharge, we promised to solve it the next day. The first issue plunged us into despondency. Very sad. But the next day we moved to another room - 2 rooms, a balcony overlooking the pool, an entrance hall with a refrigerator, a decent bathroom, a wide bed in the bedroom, we put an extra bed for a child. The furniture is old, but everything is in good order. The renovation is far from wow, but everything is neat. We were satisfied. For such a replacement, they paid an additional $ 20.
I liked the hotel area very much. Large and clean. I got up with the kids at 6 in the morning and watched how they cleaned the territory every morning. Quite green, but I would like more flowers. There are three pools, but everyone swims in two large ones. One of them with slides (slides work from 10 to 16), I rode with pleasure (only I do not advise you to ride in a closed one, no buzz - but I skinned my elbows). There are no problems with sun loungers by the pool.
There is a small, mediocre playground.
The staff ... You can't call him well-trained. They are trying to communicate with tourists, but they are not very successful. But everyone greets. We even talked nicely with a few. Almost everyone understands Russian well. But we spoke in English.
2. INTERNET
There is Wi-Fi, but very expensive. We bought our SIM card from the guide with very fast internet for 15 bucks, for 10 days on Viber and VKontakte it was enough for us. They say you can buy cheaper in the city.
3. SEA
This is the most pleasant thing! The beach is great! Quite clean. There is a pontoon (not long!), A lot of corals and beautiful fish. And you can swim near the shore (although you are not allowed to go to the depth from the shore). Children swam near the coast (about 70 cm during high tide and 2 times less during low tide, but during our entire vacation the tide was only 2 am). You can walk to the neighboring beach - it is sandy. We didn't go.
There are many sun beds, there are always free ones. There are free drinks on the beach - water, cola, fanta, sprite. But at the end of the beach, we were too lazy to walk every time.
The road to the beach. The first 3 days we thought that there were no problems with the road to the beach at all. The bus runs every hour (except, it seems, 12-00 and 14-00). But then so many tourists arrived at the hotel, and the bus was packed to capacity. Be aware that if there are a lot of tourists, the bus will return a second or even a third time! We always asked if he would return and waited 7 minutes. Peak hours are 9-00 and 13-00. If you go at 10, the bus will be half empty. Drive to the beach 5 min. Walking 20 minutes, but the road is unpleasant.
4. FOOD
Food on a solid 4. We are satisfied. Neither adults nor children had any stomach problems. The selection is quite large, but we did not eat everything. What you chose is tasty and varied! Some even recovered during their vacation;) Fruits are in trouble. Melons, oranges and dates. But only the dates are delicious. Not everyone ate vegetables either, but there is always plenty to choose from! Delicious pasta, potatoes. The meat is always in several varieties, delicious chicken.
With drinks, the situation is worse. Tea and coffee (I tried coffee once, I didn't want it anymore). Water. Upi in the morning, fanta, cola, sprite in the afternoon and evening (ordering from the bartender, which is not very convenient). We got out of the situation like this: we took fresh lime and squeezed it into water, delicious and healthy :)
The dining room (definitely not a restaurant) is too small for this hotel. At the time of the greatest influx of tourists (on weekends), they had to look for a free table and stand in line for drinks.
And yet. Drinks are in plastic disposable cups. And I'm almost sure that the cups are not disposable. This is very frustrating, to be honest.
Separately about the water. I really want to drink, you don't run into the bar. There is a drinks kiosk across the street from the hotel. 1.5 liters of water costs $ 1. We bought it, drank it in the room and took it with us to the beach.
I can’t say anything about alcohol, we didn’t drink. The husband tasted beer once and said "fi" I saw that there is wine, at the bar you can order a cola with brandy and a cocktail (kind of like "Sex on the beach").
5. REST
The first three days we were glad that there were very few Russian-speaking tourists. But then they began to come to a large number, and as a result, half of the tourists in the hotel turned out to be Russian-speaking. By the weekend, a lot of locals arrived. They did not bother me at all (it is not clear why many are outraged by this fact).
A large number of tourists are felt only at lunch and dinner. And on the bus during rush hour.

We were very pleased with the rest! With the right approach, you can close your eyes to all the shortcomings! Again, those who like to grumble and complain should not even choose this hotel, but generally 4 stars and / or a budget hotel! Take 5 stars and more. And if you are a happy owner of a light character and a positive attitude, you will enjoy your stay in this hotel!
